I went in to the bath an it was pee all over the seat a this place is js awful an it is disgusting. The bathroom needs to be cleaned it is disgusting how u walk in an have to clean someone else’s mess it is

This was absolutely awful. First, it took over an hour for our order to arrive. When it finally did, it was cold. Second, the pizza was suppose to have extra cheese. It had so little cheese, that most of it was exposed dough with hardly any sauce.When I called to complain and asked for a refund, I was told I had to bring it to the store. So, after waiting over an hour for food that was cold and partially incorrect, I now had to load my kids in the car to bring the pizza in, just to get a refund. Which completely defeats the purpose of paying for delivery.When I arrived to the store, I gave them the pizza and asked for a refund for the order because it took so long and was cold, and remake of the pizza. I was told I could get a refund or remake, but not both, because it was "policy".It is completely absurd and unacceptable to expect patrons to choose between cold food or a refund. Hiding behind their "policies" and offering subpar discounts to "make it right" doesn't come close to what should have been done to rectify the situation. They proudly boast that they're proud of their product and care about their patrons. My experience this evening does not give any evidence of that.I own a food service business. I understand mistakes happen. The mistakes aren't the issue here. The issue is that I was expected to pay for crappy service and food or go without. It is completely unacceptable. I will never again be a patron of this establishment and I well absolutely not be recommending this store to any of my friends, family, or business colleagues. Nor will I be ordering their pizza any longer for our company events. We will be taking our patronage elsewhere and recommending others do the same

Unprofessional overall and very disappointed. Had called back a while ago about items missing from the order I spoke to a manager who was less than optimistic about getting a replacement even after I had proven I had purchased the item. He said he would put something in the system so next time I could get the item. I had just called back to order and I mentioned the item and the manager had said there was nothing in the system and even after I explained I spoke to someone previously and could even provide the receipt, she had said there's nothing there. I understand people may lie about this so I'm not frustrated about that, it's the fact the previous time the manager lied to me and never put anything in and the manager I spoke to tonight had given the attitude of I was trying to scam them.

My wife and I ordered some pizza on a late night on 1/18/2024 (I think). The pizza was SUPER seasoned (almost too seasoned), the topics were LOADED. My wife said they made our pizzas as if they were going to be eating them. I usually don't care much for reviewing chains (kinda irrelevant), but the pizza was so good that I wanted to say God bless whoever was working that night, absolutely incredible pizza

I ordered pizza, I realize there was snow outside, however when I called to ask an approximate time for my order to be delivered (and I asked very nicely) I was met with a rude retort that my pizza was under the warmer and I’d get it when the driver came back to pick it up. I admonished the associate stating Hey I’m showing you respect and being nice. You do not have to be rude. He stated that he was not being rude, then there was dead silence. About 30 minutes later I get a call saying my order was being cancelled due to the weather. This was after I had waited five minutes shy of two hours! My question is why could I have not been informed much earlier so I could have made other dinner plans.

ordered 2 large pizzas 2 garlic sauces a sprite and I got was the pizzas they didn't get me my garlic or my sprite and they didn't use gloves for any preparation or making or cutting of the pizza

Food was great. We had to wait around 40 minutes for a single large pizza. When it was ready they never let us know even though we were sitting in the entrance. The employee who gave us our food did not look happy to be there. “Here”. It wasn’t the most welcoming environment.

To be fair, they do well with most items we have bought from here that are standard so I’m giving two stars for that.But I have been here twice and they have messed up my pizza twice. I can’t eat cheese. The first time (this was maybe a year ago at this point) I ordered and received cheese even after stating in the app I wanted no cheese, my husband called the store to fix it. They put down in their system for us to get a free pizza next time for just their store. That’s fine. Never cashed it in, but that’s nice.Went there yesterday since we were in Lynchburg. I ordered through the app again, asked for no cheese again, and received my pizza with cheese and almost extra cheese. There wasn’t even really BBQ sauce on it which is the sauce I asked for.I’m used to going to the one in Altavista and I remembered why last night. They don’t mess up my “no cheese on the pizza” ask through the app. In the three years we’ve ordered through the app, only Lynchburg has messed this up and they did it both times we ordered from their store. Just so disappointed. Didn’t even bother to call.

I placed an order today on 9/22 when my order arrived I was missing part of it. I called the store and let them know I was missing an item from my order. I was promised I would get it when the driver got back to the store. I never received my item.

Have been using Domino's weekly for 7-8 years, including #1 rated in store in the Domino's chain 3 or 4 years in a few years. Have used this site about 4 times a year, almost 1/2 times we ordered they got it wrong. We lived with it. So I have had in the years gotten many Dozens of free pizzas with, we have issues at times with ordering on the Application, but doing second time starting from scratch got it to work. (As an Engineer, I understand). Over the last few years, we had more and more issues ordering using the app. This time spent I spent 40 minutes ordering and re-ordering my order using "Free" Pizzas and the app would say that this store would not communicate with the server. I troubleshot it down to only when I tried to order free as the points disappear in a week or so. Would not allow me to order pizzas free, just for regular price. For the first few times their app froze or had other issue, I would Troubleshoot their issue and told them they had an issues and what they needed to do and /or how to correct it. Months later still had the same issue, their programmers just did nothing. Issues today, could have been solved if I could redeem Pizzas at store, found that is not allowed.... So issues is points disappear mid month, app wouldn't work, I get stiffed by Domino's, so it looks like they win again. People in store could care less and said it was my issue (others were able to order so it must be me). Love the quality of training they went through, blaming the customer whenever there is an issue. We did eat at Vinny's and it was great pizza, think this will be our go to place for traditional Fine pizza. (With allot less Drama and much better trained servers). BTW, cost was less and absolutely no issues ordering or enjoying...
