“I made a mobile order on the app, and sent it to the other location in Lynchburg. When I got there, I had realized and told Christina in the store. She immediately started to call the manager at the other location and couldn't get him. She tried and tried again and finally got him on the phone, and he agreed to switch the order over. The other manager didn't want to switch the order (because I had ordered a lot of things) but she convinced him.
She was so great! Not only did she use her personal phone and contact to help me out she was so persistent. That's real customer service! The order was for my students who are learning English to better themselves and their careers.

“Staff here works so hard. I'm concerned about management. I usually avoid this place because of the lines but decided to try again. They never have enough people to run the store effectively for the rushes so it takes a long time to get your order. As I waited I watched the worj and the staff never stopped working. Never complained. Just tried to prioritize and expedite and kept apologizing. I have to wonder, in a restaurant that is obviously bringing in a ton of money, why they can't hire and keep staff. Maybe management should raise wages or offer incentives. I think they need to look into management or owner training. Stop running your loyal workers ragged.“
