Walked in after 8 am to see 2 employees working the drive through together. Without any acknowledgement of our presence or to the next customer that walked in, they processed a minimum of 3 drive through orders before one of them had to take break. On his way in the restroom he said someone would be with me in a moment. The other employe continued to service the drive through and ignore the lobbies customers. I would say the service was appalling but that would indicate that I received some. 0/10 would not recommend this location.

I ordered one regular hot coffee & donut today and got it from drive thru, but the coffee was cold & tastes like old, almost same thing with donut.
I was made wrong decision to go DD rather than Starbucks.

I'm not one to leave bad reviews but I was really disappointed in my first and last visit there. I placed an order ahead of time as this was an order for a class I was teaching. I showed up at my scheduled time and the doors were locked. There was one employee working along and she was running the drive through. She eventually let us in and took our order. But when I opened my app, my order was cancelled. Fortunately, she had the donuts to fulfill it but they were not fresh. Just an overall very disappointing experience. I was planning on using Dunkin for all my classes, but I will find another option. I will never go back unfortunately.

DoorDashing for a mutual customer and the staff didn't even ask who/what I was there for until the time I was supposed to pick up the order 8:31 and it wasn't ready (2 drinks and 6 donuts) until 8:39 and only maybe 1.5 mins of that was me asking the customer what to substitute the out of stock Boston Kreme for.

I literally just left less than 10 minutes before writing this review. All I ordered I was an everything bagel with strawberry cream cheese and a small iced coffee with sugar and Caramel. I got a plain bagel. I believe it is policy to only give the cream cheese in the cups, but at least give me the knife to spread it. And my coffee, while it tastes good doesn't have caramel in it. With that being said, I was the only person in the drive thru, and it was only 1 car in the parking lot so being busy is not an excuse.
