One of my family members went to this Dunkin' Donuts to pick up an order she made the previous day. When she went inside, the employee (lady) there told her that they got her order but never filled it (laziness?). She then told my relative to choose what donuts that she wanted. After my relative took her donuts, she then heard a guy come in. She did not hear his order, but she did hear the employee at the counter telling him "We don't have anymore donuts, that lady took them all". I am very disappointed by the behavior of this employee.

Just waited half an hour in the drive thru for a coffee. If it hadn't been a mobile order I would have bailed on the line like six cars around me did.

Possibly the worst dunkin donuts I've been to in my entire life. Ordered from here 3 times in the last 2 weeks as we have been at the hospital nearby for different things. Each time they screw something up royally or they leave out multiple items. Ordering 2 cups of coffee and 2 sandwiches with other items and get handed a bag with a donut in it. That's it. Get your store together

For months now the drive thru has had a 10+ minute wait. I thought they had a rough patch because other businesses were having the same staffing problems (pay more duh) but I figured it would be temporary. It’s been about 6 months of this nonsense. My most recent visit I sat for 18 minutes in the drive thru (timed it) and only 2 cars were in front of me. This is completely unacceptable and the only reason I keep coming back is because I only like dunkin coffee, and this is the closest one to me so they got me by the balls

Worst catering experience ever.
Placed a catering of coffee for pickup at 9:30. Arrived at 9:25. Doors locked. Sign posted "dining room closed until 8:30 due to short staff." You may notice this was nearly an hour ago. Only allowed in because an employee left the building. Dining room had random boxes of supplies about and employee's personal items taking up half the available seating. Requested pickup of my catering order. "What catering order?" they asked. I gave them my name and the pickup time - in three minutes. Blank stares, vague giggles, and "Oh we'll get that started." Fifteen minutes later I took half of it out to my car and came back to wait for the other half. They had locked the door behind me. Waited five minutes, someone finally noticed me still standing outside waiting for my order just as I went to call the store. Collected the rest of my order, unlocked the door because they had locked it behind me, again, and left. They came out as I was leaving to give me the creams, sugars, and cups they'd forgotten to include.
Took 20 full minutes after my pickup time and I was late to my event.
Never going back.

The point of a doughnut place is to have doughnuts. Well they do, but a couple of options that I don't even like.

Don’t go if you’re in a hurry. Super slow so I didn’t even bother getting the sandwich/coffee I wanted… got 2 donuts and one wasn’t what I asked for. Really sad.

Very very very slow to make a simple sandwich and coffee. They seem totally overwhelmed at 9am on a Saturday.

The workers were polite, but the good ends there. I got the "$6 meal deal" which comes with a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel, hashbrowns, and a medium iced coffee.

Three people working, with just my order and one doordash order. Took them ten minutes to finish, and let me summarize:

1. They somehow burned my bagel, charred black on top and around the edges.

2. The hashbrowns were cool to the touch and wet with oil.

3. The iced coffee had mocha, cream, and sugar. They forgot the mocha.

Just wow. I had to be at work, so couldn't take the order back, but learn from my mistake. Go down the street to Sheetz and get lunch.

I don’t know who’s making the coffee over there in the morning but coffee should never look like hot chocolate. Why does my coffee look like hot chocolate? and thick at that. They don’t know how to make coffee they not cleaning out the machine or they’re serving people old creamer.
