I’ve had nothing but great experiences at this location. Only thing they need is cones by the entrance so drive thru customers actually go around the building and line up how they’re supposed to instead of skipping people.

Let me first say, I absolutely love Dunkin Donuts and I was so excited for this location to be built because it is closer to me than the one on Old Forest Rd. I have been to plenty of DD in different parts of the country and this location is incredibly disappointing. At first it was good, but now it seems like the service, food and efficiency are lacking. I have tried ordering different things on different days and it seems like the same disappointments all the time. This morning I was told they don't have chocolate milk, when I know they can make it (like other locations) they refused to take the extra step. I ordered a food item that I didn't get charged for, so I had to run my card twice. (not a big deal, but it just seemed like my order was being rushed and not taken seriously) I witnessed a manager yelling at the staff, and I was ignored when I tried to ask for more napkins. The attendant at the window wasn't listening or paying attention until she had my card in her hand running it for the item they left off my order. When the order was finally complete... it was lacking flavor and care. Due to several bad experiences, I won't be back. This location is not representing DD very well, so I will just drive further to the other location.

The GM Donna at this location is the best. Food always good, customer service always good. Lynchburg Dunkins on Timberlake Rd is better than any of the others I've been to in the area of Madison Heights/Roanoke

Worst dunkin ever I seen in my life. They are money taker. Manager is at sandwich station. And i told to her make crispy hash browns. She denied and argued. Even whole staff was rude and said have a good day. Without make my order.

Where do I start??? In the drive-thru line for THE longest time…Receipt says 10:19am…Just getting order at 10:44am…Coffee order was WRONG…Food order was WRONG…Food received COLD…Cheese wasn’t even melted on my sandwich😡

Went thru drive thru this morning ordered a unsweet tea with one pump of liquid sugar. My husband saw that she put sweet tea. He said no unsweet tea with 1 pump of liquid sugar. We got sweet tea with extra sugar. Unfortunately didn't taste until we were home. Everything bagel burnt and tasted like 2 days old to me snackin bacon was all I could eat which was good! We go to Dunkin in DE and they have more than 2 bagels available and service and food is almost always great. They do a great business there. Staffing and mgt could use some help from corporate.

When I say it has some of the worst customer service I truly mean it. You accidentally ordered the wrong coffee Guess what you have to pay to change it. The coffee doesn't taste very good Guess what they're probably not going to replace it. It's not like the one on Old Forest road. This place is so stingy and will not fix anything that's wrong. Starbucks is up the road I'd rather go there at least they'll actually fix mistakes. For instance one time I ordered the hot signature latte but I wanted the iced and they wouldn't replace it because it was a $0.10 difference. I mean what in the hell?

Donuts shouldn’t be crunchy. But that’s what I got for $15 was a box of hard, crunchy, old, stale donuts. This place is so gross
Too slow had to wait 20min for a cup of coffee! Better of ordering on the app for pick up in the AM

I made a mobile order on the app, and sent it to the other location in Lynchburg. When I got there, I had realized and told Christina in the store. She immediately started to call the manager at the other location and couldn't get him. She tried and tried again and finally got him on the phone, and he agreed to switch the order over. The other manager didn't want to switch the order (because I had ordered a lot of things) but she convinced him.
She was so great! Not only did she use her personal phone and contact to help me out she was so persistent. That's real customer service! The order was for my students who are learning English to better themselves and their careers.

I have previously had good experiences at this location, however this time I was left fairly disappointed. Half filled large coffee and ordered two specialty donuts but was given two standard. Hope the drive thru team improves for future visits.
