El Gordo’s Kitchen (Food Truck)

El Gordo was at my apartment complex and the food was amazing! All of the ingredients were high quality, prepared perfectly and it tasted like great, authentic Hispanic food. They were extremely nice and I highly recommend trying them. You won't be disappointed.

I bartended a wedding that they catered and everything about this food truck is 5 stars! The people working were so kind and interactive and generous and then the food… I asked them to surprise me because I couldn’t decide, they gave me carnitas nachos and they were so incredible. Highly recommend!!

Had a meal from El Gordos. It was the best Mexican food I’ve had!!! It was delicious.

I stumbled across this taco truck by chance while at Walmart, and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I walked up, the aroma coming from the grill told me I was in for something special. The tacos were absolutely fantastic — packed with flavor, fresh ingredients, and that perfect balance of spice and texture. I tried the carne asada and al pastor, and both were juicy, perfectly seasoned, and served on warm, soft tortillas.

Got food here at the international festival! Came in clutch cause we were HUNGRY. Food was served so fast and it was 10/10. Name something better than tacos from a truck. I'll wait.

The carnitas nachos were a decent size, though I certainly wouldn't have complained if they were bigger. However, the different components tasted really good and overall seemed to be thoughtfully made. I would be inclined to return to this food truck if I saw it again.

The Carne Asada Nachos are off the chain!!! My wife had the same as a burrito. I am looking forward to going back.for lunch tomorrow. Wash it down with Mexican CocaCola! Simply the best Mexican food I have had ever.

I had the carnitas nachos and they were delicious! Highly recommend!! It’s a little spicy with the pickled jalapeños but wow was it good ! I will definitely be purchasing it again!

I've spent lots of time south of the boarder. I must say, my Carne Asada Nachos were the best Nachos I have EVER had. once finished, there were still chunks of steak...which I gobbled up. I even drank the juice at the bottom of my bowl. Yes, this guy will follow the truck for more.

Absolutely delicious! We tried the carnitas and carne asada tacos and they were amazing. I am normally not a fan of onion or cilantro (genetically it tastes like soap for me) and had forgotten to ask for them to be removed but I am so thankful I hadn’t! The onions, cilantro and lime paired perfectly with the meat and the flavor of the carne asada 😍 I highly recommend them!
