I’ve been eating here for over 20 years. The best Pita Sandwiches in the area (and I travel from Roanoke)

The pita is yummy but they nickel and dime you over an extra dressing extra tomatoes etc. it’s a catch 22 I guess bc I understand maybe in today’s economy you have to charge for the dressing but in today’s economy people aren’t quick to just fork over the marked up price when a whole bottle of dressings is only a dollar at the store. Make mine at home…sadly a lot of people probably will realize it’s easy and cheap to make at home and sandwich places such as this won’t last in this economy

It would be great if they had a smaller pita sandwich. The one they sell is too big for some people.

For years I’ve loved this place, but here lately, depending on who you get to make your sandwiches, older ladies, make them super skimpy. And that’s okay… I continue to support, but today they included an extra long black hair in my #7 xtra mayo no tomato pita pocket. I’ve called 6x to no avail to report but of course no one answers the phone. I just won’t be back.

The guacamole was so bad it overpowered the entire wrap, making it impossible to enjoy any of the other ingredients. It tasted stale and far from fresh! Easily one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had.

Girl with her arms crossed. No smile. Barely audible speech. The lettuce pan was almost empty. They didn't change the pan, just put more on top. Food floating in the pickle juice. They weren't even busy. Please they serve the pita bread cold. It just falls apart.

I ordered 2 Round ups and a California wrap. Round up #1 without tomato, #2 no onion. Both came w/o tomato. Had NO meat besides cubes of chicken. Sparce at that. Pita bread was so hardly it crumbled. Worse I've ever had ‼️ Tried calling 5x. No answer. Then says voice-mail is full. $32 wasted. I'd like a credit.

Whatever two young African-American girls are working today Sunday the 28th are very rude, they rushed me. You can tell they don’t want to be there, come to find out they were only rushing me so they could hurry and get back on their phones. Terrible customer service
I never leave reviews but I thought this one was necessary

The girl who made my sandwiches first didn’t listen to what I wanted on it and blatantly put things on it that I didn’t want on my sandwich. Then when I checked out, she gave me attitude. And as I was reaching to get my cup and pick up my bag dressing cup fell out of it so I picked it up. She very rudely said that isn’t yours, I didn’t say anything I went to my table and sat down. I looked in my bag, and there was only One cup of dressing. I went back to the register I asked how many cups are you supposed to get for two sandwiches? She looked at me with the most rudest expression I’ve seen in a very long time. It pained her to give me another dressing cup. I don’t know what is wrong with young people today. They want jobs to just give them money without actually working. It’s pathetic.

Don't waste your money, this was absolutely horrible. The quality is on par with the cheapest lunch meat you can find. Sadly, we'll never go back.

No tuna, no chicken, forgot pickles… the food is pretty good if they have it or if they remember to put it on your order.

Hey yall ?Passin' through ate here, didn't know it was in the mall...never had pita bread before and l really didn't like it. The bread was dry and thin, not much support for the filling-tuna salad (not that tasty) and veggies (very pretty to look at). But, the cookie was tasty and the service was nice. So there you have it...(no pics this time, l was on a mission.)

The atmosphere is just because it is a crowded mall food court. I get it and go.I always enjoy my pitas from them. The Italian dressing is the final piece that makes it amazing. The staff is always nice as well.
