Highly disappointed the company has restructured the cheese options and removed Swiss cheese. This is wrong action as Swiss is must on so many versions of sandwiches.

This is the only sub to eat. I always get hook and ladder combo. It’s always fresh and hot.. combo makes sub more pricey but just go with sub only if you want less pricey. I will never eat subs anywhere but here. The staff is excellent.

Ordered two Cheese Steak Subs with the works or everything ! Told the person taking the order that I was a retired 1st Responder and showed her my credentials and she told me my soda was free . We received bland sandwiches with nothing on them and was still charged for sodas ! It was obvious we were overcharged for the receipt showed additional charges for extra sodas and chips and came to $34.00 !! One worker did put lettuce and tomatoes in a small container. However I didn't leave the store feeling privileged because of my 28yrs with the Baltimore City Fire Department !

I went in at 8:40, hesitant to order as they closed in 20 minutes. You all know what I mean! But another lady and her son were ordering so I decided it would be alright. Ms.Kelly “GM” was probably the most gracious and friendly customer facing GM you could come across. She was so sweet and wasn’t even the slightest bit cross that we came in so late. She greeted guests as they entered and left. She is what every GM should be. Food was excellent as always! I gave only five stars because it was the highest option. ☺️

We ordered delivery and one of our subs was upside down in the bag and the toppings had slid off. We were also missing our beverage for our kids meal. We contacted support and they said that we needed to take a picture of the missing items and the receipt. Their online support is absolutely awful. We won’t be ordering from this restaurant again.

Usually we do delivery but thank goodness we chose pick up today!! KELLY was absolutely amazing, words can’t even describe how wonderful her customer service was. 10/10. Also JP and Kaleb were there and made the experience wonderful as well!! We will always choose pick up from now on! Kelly, JP and Kaleb, yall made our night so much better!!
I went into firehouse subs on a Thursday night and they were surprisingly more busy than I’d expected for a week day. Regardless the number of customers they had I was still greeted with great service from their team. A member of their team whose name tag said ‘JP’ was especially kind and very helpful when he realized they forgot my brownie. My sub was great and I was in and out of there within 10 minutes. I’d definitely recommend paying a visit here to anyone in the Lynchburg area!
