I went into firehouse subs on a Thursday night and they were surprisingly more busy than I’d expected for a week day. Regardless the number of customers they had I was still greeted with great service from their team. A member of their team whose name tag said ‘JP’ was especially kind and very helpful when he realized they forgot my brownie. My sub was great and I was in and out of there within 10 minutes. I’d definitely recommend paying a visit here to anyone in the Lynchburg area!

Got food from here today and it was amazing as well as the service! I believe there was just a miss communication between myself and the cashier. I asked for a large sub but get home and received a medium which is how it was rang up. After a long day of work and the gym all I wanted was a large sub from firehouse and when I got home I was incredibly disappointed.

First time ever visiting and trying a sub from Firehouse Subs. Was impressed with the quality of ingredients and portion sizes. I believe it was Violette that rang up my order, the lady with blond hair that was working on 11/21/24. Either way, I want to make sure I give credit where credit is due. She was a great example of customer service and was personable. She is really good at what she does and made solid recommendations. I felt like a valued customer. She represents Firehouse Subs well and is polite, friendly, and helpful. In fact, the other employees that were working there on the line making the subs were really polite too. The young man that handed my sandwiches to me and the guy that double checked what cookies I ordered were very helpful and kind. They might not think anything of it, but to me, I left with my take out feeling very impressed with not only the quality subs but with the quality people! Hope to come back soon and make Firehouse a recurring meal! The team certainly left a great first impression!
Parking: Parking lot is a tight squeeze and shared by multiple businesses. However, well worth it!

I couldn't believe the portion sizes of these subs. Granted I ordered a small but in 4 bites my Sandwich was done and it wasn't as I remembered this Place to be and it cost me $10??? Although the employee was very friendly I'll not be going back. I'm a small person with a bird appetite so give it to leave me hungry after eating there is definitely an issue. I won't be going back.
