This is a great location. The team members are very helpful and customer focused. Food comes out of the kitchen quickly. The restaurant is well kept and clean. The guys working here clearly like what they do. Keep it up!

Got charged $9 (soda prices) for a sweet tea and WATER on a 97 degree weather day because we weren’t interested in food, that the employees don’t even have to pour. Super disappointed in the customer service!!!
The staff here is always nice, and the food comes out right every time. The staff seems to work hard to keep the dinning area cleaned often, even when they are busy.

My husband picked up our order. This was one week ago. I never get five guys because of the price, we paid $34 for our two burgers no fries. These burgers were worse than cookout. Burnt and charred to a crisp, I go to five guys about once a year when I have a real craving for a juicy burger. We cannot afford more than once a year. By the time we ate the burgers the store would have been closed, my husband picked them up around 9 and we ate them shortly after he got home. The only reason I'm taking this to google is because I reached out online via survey on their website and as well as a second survey from the receipt. I have heard nothing 7 days later. I absolutely cannot justify ever coming back for another try given the high price. If it was a good burger I'd say maybe someday but why would I come back after getting possibly one of the worst burgers I've ever had the misfortune to eat? So disappointing.
For perspective we spent $8 on two big burgers today at Sonic in Bedford and they were ten times better.

This is insanely priced for fast food. If we didn’t have a gift card we wouldn’t have eaten here. I cannot afford to bring our family of 5 here because we would be paying over $100 for fast food. Like I said this is insane so you get o e star until you bring your prices down.
I went in about an hour before closing time, and they seemed like they were in a hurry to get me out. The food was food, but didn't live up to the hype. People told me it was really good. Meh.

I love the fries and free peanuts, but the pricing is out of hand.

It's great! Get a second mortgage to afford it.
The food was good and the service was great but we can only afford to eat here when someone gives us gift cards. For the same price you could go to a really nice restaurant and eat a steak or something. The price is just too high for us to come more than once or twice a year at most.

The cashier was super nice and the food was great, real hamburger 🍔 is always a plus and adding whatever condiments is great. The Price! Oh my goodness was horrific. A cheeseburger for $10 and up is ridiculous 😒 I could've bought a whole pack of hamburger and had more than one burger with condiments. Fast food, two cheeseburgers, we shared fries and 2 drinks for $35 is horrible. Needless to say naw, I pass even though the whole experience was good and clean the price was a lil too much.
