My daughter is severely allergic to Oatmilk and she requested for a coffee with regular milk dairy but unfortunately the barista mixed the Oatmilk with the stirrer in her coffee and caused her to have an allergic reaction that was severe that needed an EpiPen. I encourage all of the baristas to rinse off the blenders and stirs when making an order with oatmeal or dairy because there are allergies on both sides and can cause severe reactions

The ginger espresso fizz is fantastic and the peanut butter rice Krispy treat is fresh and delicious. Be sure to get there early enough before the pastries sell out.

Golf park looks and seems like a place I would love, but there are a few things that I really don't like.

The music is insanely loud. So so loud. That's the biggest problem. I can hardly have a conversation with anyone here. Working, even with earplugs, is difficult.

The benches are just slightly too tall and the couches too deep to be comfortable.

The bathroom needs some attention, for sure.

But....the coffee is good, the baristas are nice, and the place has a cool aesthetic.

Honestly if they turned the music down, add a few pillows to the couches, and cleaned the bathroom better, this place could be a new favorite.

Best coffee shop in town.

Friendly staff, well sourced coffee, well trained baristas. They have a seasonal creative menu. Light on their food offerings.

Good place to meet, do work, or hang for a bit.

Parking: There is parking beside it or across the road in the Dollar General parking lot.

Bright, open atmosphere in a great location, with ample seating for getting work done or catching up with friends. Coffee is simple, but amazing!

So happy to have found this place! We're staying in the area for a few days to move our daughter into her dorm at Randolph College. Golf Park is within walking distance from our AirBnB. So happy that they offer oat milk for our coffee and oatmeal and that they had delicious vegan scones. The service was very friendly, too. We will be back again before leaving!
Note: they have an outdoor vending machine for bagged coffee-- never saw that before ?

Visiting from ATX. Drip coffee was very well done and prepared by folks who understand what a coffee head wants. Looked to have a nice bean selection as well.

Very comforting atmosphere, music isn’t too loud or quiet. It’s perfect for talking with friends or studying for homework. Very comfy and warm atmosphere, kind service as well. I wish coffee shops in general had more food options, other than that it’s my favorite place!

I booked Golf Park as a venue to host a birthday party, and the experience was wonderful. Genuinely, the cost to rent the space was a fraction of other venues i was looking at.During the party we opted to add the full service espresso bar, which was a big hit with guests. Abigail and Brennan were the baristas, and both went above and beyond to ensure our time there was enjoyable. Both helped me set up and Brennan assisted with clean up after as well.If you are looking for a venue for any event, look no further than Gold Park!
