Excellent food. Bread was cold cause they toasted the bread before attempting to cook the meat. They definitely could use some team guidance.

Shopping with the family on a Sunday and only limited to a few open restaurants in food court. My daughter decided to get a plain cheese burger with onion rings. After waiting for 10 minutes to have our order taken by the lady while the two other gentleman were cooking, we placed the order and waited another 15 minutes to get the meal. Upon eating I noticed that my daughter had eaten the burger which was still pink in the middle which was pointed out and discarded. Upon arriving home later that evening my daughter got sick on her stomach and has been nausea all the following day with stomach cramps as well as other issues. I am needless to say highly disappointed with this restaurant and the improper food preparation. Will not be eating there again!

Too bad I didn’t get a burger. Service was so slow it wasn’t even worth the wait to put an order in. I was at the register, ready to order, and a small family was also in line behind me. The staff knew we were there. We both left because the staff were too busy with whatever else was more important than taking our money, LOL!

Have tried twice to eat here. Sign states they close at 8. First time I arrived at 7:50 and told they were closed, second time arrived at 7:46 and told the same thing. That’s a total of seven meals you could have sold within my parties that someone else got our business for. It’s a food court- just needed the food that could’ve been cooked during that time since no one else was there. No service would’ve been needed after 8.

My burger was delicious, well seasoned and made with quality ingredients. The only issue was that I requested and paid for sauteed onions, but they were not put on the burger.I do recommend Grounded and will return as a customer. The pricing is a little steep for 2 sandwiches, but in my opinion, even with the location being in a commercial mall, you are receiving restaurant quality burgers.

The burgers were huge and tasty. It was very well seasoned . The kids burger is almost as big as a normal burger . The staff was really friendly and interacted with the kids and adults very well. For a food court place is awesome .

Have gone here multiple times. The food is soo good. But we went with our 11 month old and asked for just a burger patty so he would have something to each and they charged us 9.99 for literally just a burger patty.

I was at River Ridge yesterday and ordered an order of snack fries. When the girl called my name my friend went to get, I was setting with 2 special needs individuals. The girl that gave her the fries in a bag that was not totally expanded knocked over the bag knocking 85 % of the fries in the floor right where you pick them up. The girl cooked more fries and was going to charge her for another order of fries. I said no, do not pay for them. How disappointed I was at this action. Here is my receipt,
