“We do not come to Lynchburg that often, we had a doctor's appointment at the Hospital nearby. We came inside to eat and it was a great experience! Staff was friendly very fast and food was delicious! Miss Melissa was friendly and made the experience awesome!“
“Modern fast food has drifted far from its original mission to serve good food to customers quickly and for a competitive price. Luckily, Hardees recognizes this mission drift and has taken some corrective action. for example, they brought their "original bag" back, which allows customers to buy 2 cheese burgers, a small fry, and drink all for $ 6.50. However, low prices and high quantities are not enough to bring this fast food giant back to greatness. High costs of labor and poor employee performance still inhibit Hardees from reaching peak efficiency metrics. However, while many fast food giants such as McDonald's have moved to self order kiosks that automate the purchasing process, Hardees is still operating on purchasing technology from the 1990s!
It took 5 minutes to even get a cashier to the register to take my order. On top of that, there was a 15-minute wait to receive my food. 20 minutes of waiting after I paid to receive my food.
In terms of the food, it didn't blow me away, but for $6.50, I'd say that's a good deal.“
