Make sure to read to the end. It’s gets very bad!

Most likely the worst Hardee’s that you could ever even think of as a restaurant. Service was at best rude. The food preparation has unhygienic. When we approached the counter to place our order a female employee just stared at us. Finally a male (Tyree) slowly walked up to the register and just stood there. We had to begin the conversation. His apathy was so very apparent.

We did place our order However he did not give us our drink cups. I stood there as he walked over to the drive thru to talk with that employee. Finally he looked at me and I asked him for the cups. He again slowly walked over and gave us our cups.

As I was standing waiting on our order I begin watching the employee who was preparing the food. As seen in the picture, he would work on some food turn around and pick up his personal cell phone. And, without changing his gloves he returned to preparing food. He repeated this several times. Again, make sure you read - without changing his gloves. If course his phone was not sanitary and who knows what germs he transmitted to the food.

Do not, under any circumstances eat at this location!

Today was GREAT like a bowl of Frosted Flakes the atmosphere was fantastic I received my food with speed with service the manager was very pleasant I even asked why is service so much better when she is there even the attitudes of the staff was amazing this is the type of atmosphere I look forward too when visiting everyday b/c my autistic daughter can’t get enough #SUPERFANTASTIC #CUSTOMERSERVICE TO THE YOUNGER STAFF TODAY #LovePeaceAndRespect #MrSmith

I ordered a double meat hamburger.I forgot what number or what it was called but, I got a fry and a drink with it.The fries were hot and the sandwich was room temperature I ate two bites and I, Iasked them to microwave for twenty seconds Is they microwave the way over twenty seconds. , I
the bread The tomatoes they microwave that I can't believe it, I took the meat and ate the meat only and through the rest away and not all the meat, no napkins. Had to get up again, Really?
I only think the fries and the soda was worth about fourteen dollars. The soda was good and the fries were good. That's what I'm saying. Everything about that sandwich was totally wrong. They supposed to make your sandwich fresh.That was not fresh , and that's a second They supposed to make your sandwich fresh.That was not fresh and that's the second time Ihad. A problem with the hardy's across the street from the,centra, Cancer center lynchburg virginia. I won't be going back there I can't remember the name of the sandwich but I know,I. Had it Twice.I thought I'd give it a second shot in one year , I won't go back there again

Last 3 times my order wasn't right. First time I got someone else's food. I called and they said the next time I was in I would get my correct order. Apparently if it's more than 30 days you can't get the corrected food. Then today I ordered a Fresno burger no bacon and just lettuce tomatoes mayo. Lady even confirmed. I was given a plain burger.

Simply I ordered my meal and an Peach Tea. Worker gave me a cup and said the Peach Tea was in the container by the soda dispenser. Ok. Only it was sweet tea. I nicely went back and let the worker know someone put the wrong tea out. Manager steps in and replies Peach Tea is a Special Order. Ok. May I have what I purchased? No. What? No you may not. Why? Avoided me. I got on my phone and photo ID her. Her answer was to get her phone and photo pic me. I left with a God bless you...I was a bit worried with her actions of coming out from behind her work station over to me. We all are human but she is in a Lead Position to the other workers. They know she did wrong towards a customer in the right. Smiles

Food is okay, I get what I expect. I have only been there a couple times lately and the ladies at the drive through are NOT NICE I say please and thank you and they just stare at you. The last time I went there the employees were having a personal conversation at the drive thru, never acknowledged me at all and took my card, handed me my food and card back and I said 'Thank you' and they never even looked at me. Not very good customer service IMO. I wasn't gonna go back because of my experience but lucky for Hardees it is on my way to work lol

The employee in the drive thru, Takaya, is rude!!! For the most part, other drive thru employees are warm and friendly. Takaya always seems to have an issue. Atleast four days per week I grab breakfast or lunch at this location and pray she isn’t working. This morning I gave her my code and she rolled her eyes and sucked her teeth. Last week I swore I wouldn’t go back but found myself there this morning. I was hoping, again, that she wasn’t there. She doesn’t say good morning, thank you, have a good day…nothing. I asked her my total again because it wasn’t clear on the speaker and she acts like giving customer service or speaking is an inconvenience. My coworkers have had the same issue with the same employee, so I know it’s not my imagination. She absolutely should not be in a customer-facing role. I’ve dealt with it for months and this morning was the last. This location had lost a customer for good.
