I ordered the #7 Big Cheeseburger and it doesn't even have cheese on it in the first place and is so small. It almost looked like a person smashed the burger before givint it to me. This is a major disappointment as the previous hardees I went to never had problems like this

Very disappointing to see this location go so downhill!! Workers were very pleasant but floor sticky, seats and tables sticky, bathroom filthy with toilet paper holders literally falling off the wall in to my hand!!!

Had a mushroom Swiss burger to go. Service was fine. The burger tasted like artificial cheese and some goop they called mushrooms on it it was the worst burger I've had in my life!

Gave me the wrong order which I didn’t realize til I got back to my dads hospital room. Had to go back. They fixed it but was definitely not convenient. Give them an A for fixing but should have offered something for the inconvenience. Young man apologized

We do not come to Lynchburg that often, we had a doctor's appointment at the Hospital nearby. We came inside to eat and it was a great experience! Staff was friendly very fast and food was delicious! Miss Melissa was friendly and made the experience awesome!
