My husband was on the phone with me while ordering I told him what I wanted and then he told them what he wanted however they only put in one of the orders and is was 10 mins before they were closing so it was like he could go back. The guy was rushing him to order kept interrupting saying is that it is that it and that’s probably why his missed it.

I drove up drive-thru 1045 was told they were changing over and would have to wait for 10 min for lunch. Dosen't work well on 1/2 hour lunch.

I talked to the manager after a terrible customer service incident and instead of comping my meal he told me he had the crabs and to get out before it spreads

It was okay, good even, but not up to Hardee's usual biscuit standards. My local one is a bit better with the steak biscuit, the biscuits in general. The tables were not cleaned, probably because of staffing issues.
Rude, slow staff. I seemed to be a bother to be waited on. I had not been to this Hardee's in years because of poor service in the past. I thought things may have improved...nope.
