hit this place during CFAW but on a saturday afternoon around 1.30. there wasn't a huge line, and it still took like 25 min for us to get our food. the milkshake machine was broken but ZERO customer service - NO ONE told us it was broken. you would think common sense would prevail and you would tell someone there are no shakes - when the ticket comes in for shakes. or how about putting up a sign that says it's broken. staff just didn't seem to care and the length of time it took to put food out was unacceptable. i'm being told this is status quo with this place - unacceptable if you're a student looking for a quick bite between classes...if that's the case - do not come here

The food is fine, a bit sloppily put together. I wish I could request to take ingredients off my burger. Also, What the Heck. Where are the milkshakes? So the machine was broken and instead of fixing it, they just don’t sell milkshakes anymore. I’m going to sue for false advertising!!

Waited 25 minutes for a simple burger that I couldn't even get before my next class. Nothing special on it, but because it was "build your own" that somehow justified sending out 25 orders that were placed after me first. If you can't efficiently do customization, don't offer it

I enjoyed the fast food restaurant. The hard workers may forget sometimes from specific details that you may have ordered from time to time. And some specific scause that you didn't want on your burger. I still go there to waste my money on good burgers and well done fries. I prefer in the future they will serve more menu items. Go Hay Cow!!

Would give an overall 2 star rating, but it wouldn't get as much attention. First, this place almost never gets an order right. They assume you order fries with everything. Ordered 2 burgers? You'll get a burger a fries. Ordered a hotdog and a burger? You get a hotdog with fries. I'm pretty sure they don't read the receipts. Secondly, the price of the chili dog on the screen is $1 less than what you pay at the kiosk. They either are cheating you out of money or are unaware that the giant screen behind them is wrong. 5/5 times they've failed me. No longer. I'm done with this place.

Located in DeMoss Student Center, the location is pretty nice for students since it is close to the entrance, and I also found the place not too bad in service unlike few who have given one star for this place. Maybe because this place use kiosk to order now, so there is minimal interaction with those who prepares the food. One downside using a kiosk is I did not get my 15% flames cash discount. Burger was meh. I would probably not get it again. Onion ring was not the style I like. Too much batter for my taste, but I could see the merit. I did like the milkshake though. Got a classic strawberry milkshake and it tasted good. Overall, the experience was a mediocre one. For convenience, I would like to give another star for atmosphere.
The biggest disaster since the Hindenburg. I can grow a full beard from the time I order to when I get my food. When I eat a hey cow burger, not only does a part of my small intestine die, but a piece of my soul does as well.

This place is horrible, not just the food but the staff!! Food is always cold and takes awhile, the vibe and atmosphere that they give here is very unprofessional, wouldn't recommend. The managers and supervision team need to do better with this store smh.

Not sure what is wrong with this place but I don't see why it can be so bad when there's so many people working there and it's burgers and fries being made. I got the bean burger, which was very flavorful but flat and the bun was atrocious, tasted similar to a MacDonald's bun that has been sitting for hours. Plus there were no condiments on it. The fries were also cold and flat and my friend's fries had spices dumped in there so much that they tasted awful. Further, there's no lids to drink out of your cup with, the shakes are made in styrofoam cups with no lid?? One thing is that the burgers did taste good but were lukewarm. Service is also extremely slow, waited forever for two orders and the workers are rude. Train better, please!
