During the LU football game, the owner witnessed my special needs daughter having a meltdown! She was so kind and sweet with my daughter! She even sat down on floor with her and tried to calm her down. She offered and gave (free, would not accept my payment) my daughter her choice of cookie. My daughter picked Holy Chip. This exchange brought joy to my heart! I didn’t even ask her name, but my daughter and her daughter share the same name! This was a God moment! And Holy Chip Jumbo Cookie was the BEST cookie ever ( I took a small bite, lol)! What an experience and a blessing to have crossed paths with the Holy Chip owner! This will be our #1 cookie of choice going forward! Thank you for your generosity and amazing love you showed my daughter.

The cookies are absolutely delicious. However it really ruins the happiness they bring when the customer service is absolutely atrocious. I’ll say today when I went to Sam’s club I was excited to see it wasn’t the same lady and had a lovely experience with the young lady outside. But whenever it is the other lady I refuse to approach the tent. She is aggressive and I watched her almost bully people into buying cookies at a graduation a few weeks back. If they want them they’ll buy them there is no reason to yell and try to put more cookies into their bags 🤷🏼♀️

I stopped by this tent during The Heritage Graduation and was greeted right at the door by a very warm and welcoming host. Although she had to let us know that parents wouldn't be allowed in the gate until a specific time, she did so with such kindness and professionalism that it really stood out. She also kindly let us know about the variety of treats available and invited us to stop by once we were allowed through.
As soon as we could, I picked up two cookies—one with graham crackers and another chocolate one. I shared them with my family to get everyone's take. They had a nice gooey center, which was appealing in texture, but surprisingly lacked sweetness. It almost seemed like they were made with reduced sugar, which might be great for someone who’s diabetic or prefers a less sweet treat. I also grabbed a bottled water, which I believe was around $4.
Overall, the service and presentation were excellent, but the cookies themselves weren’t really my taste. They reminded me a bit of Crumbl Cookies in terms of style, but just didn’t hit the mark flavor-wise for me. Still, I appreciated the hospitality and effort that went into the setup!

Best. Cookies. Ever. Once you start, you can't stop eating them. Whenever I am in Lynchburg I have to get me some. The dad bod is my favorite along with the happy camper. You can never go wrong with the classic holy chip. I have had some delivered to MI. Fast shipping and packed with care. I do wish it could be cheaper to have them shipped. The BEST cookies you will ever have! My husband & I stumbled upon Holy Heaven at the LYH community market & we immediately were hooked; they even catered our wedding for dessert and were such a hit. The staff are so kind & all of the cookies are so delicious (seriously the best chocolate chip cookie I have ever had in my life)! Lynchburg is so lucky to have this gem.

I’ve had several holy heaven cookies and they are amazing. I think my favorite one was the Apple pie cookie. It was delicious. I have had the red velvet the chocolate chip the fudge. They are all delicious and huge.
