My first experience at the Hot and Cold Cafe was probably hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I walked in as a stranger and left feeling like family. It was my first time trying Indian food and it was amazing. Not to mention the chef made everything to order so he was able to accommodate my gluten allergy and dairy restrictions easily. I will certainly be going back to try new things Vegetarian options: They have a significant amount of vegetarian and vegan options.Dietary restrictions: I have a severe wheat allergy and since everything was made to order it was easy for the chef to accommodate my needs.

What a great duo! We really enjoyed the food and the lovely couple who run the place. What’s more, the menu presents something quite unique, a choice between Mediterranean and Indian food, which both were wonderfully made! And the mango lhasi is incredible!

Amazing little spot for delicious food. The service is very hospitable. Sweet owner who is working hard managing everything. If anyone is looking for a part time JOB to help, I'm sure he would be most willing for help. This place is a wonderful place for all ages.

I had hoped to have a great review, unfortunately the food wasn't good. It had limite flavor and was not appealing. I love Indian and Mediterranean food and have eaten it in the country of origins. The server said they make the hottest Vandiloo in town. If ketchup is hot it would have been a match. I ask for my food to be made as hot as possible. The server refused to give me what I requested. I don't plan to return.

Cashier "accidentally" charged my card twice, then claimed he didn't know how to fix it. Told me to contact my CC company. I did, and requested a charge back. Restaurant protested the charge back and I lost because, well, how do you prove you didn't order the same things twice on the same day at the same time? They stole $55 from me that day. This happened January 23, 2023.
Great food, had several Indian dishes. Vegan options are a plus. Portion sizes were smaller than I'm used to, for the price (at one entree per person there weren't any leftovers).

The food was delicious and high-quality! The owners were kind and clearly took pride in their restaurant. They let us choose the spice level - mild, medium, or very spicy. I chose the mild and enjoyed rich flavor, with less heat. Next time I may try the medium!

I like the feel of the place with the tables up front near the window.I had the Karahi Chicken which I've never had before and it was fantastic.
