My family dined for breakfast and it was a poor experience. The food was questionable, bacon was flavorless and some even had a mystery bright green contaminant on it. There were two employees in the women’s bathroom the entire length of our visit (1hr) who I had to maneuver around multiple times because they couldn’t be bothered to stop their conversation to move. It’s no wonder the prices are so outrageous considering how many people are scheduled to hang out and chit chat. The menus were sticky, booths were gross and we wiped food off our table before we sat down. The hostess station smelled strongly of cigarettes and the hostess did not appear to be sober considering she was resting her forehead on the wall to hold herself up. However, our server was attentive and helpful.

We came in right in the middle of a rush, however Justin was extremely polite, friendly and professional. He was attentive to all of his tables, making sure that we had everything we needed all while handling more difficult customers in the table behind us. The food was great; pancakes were fresh and fluffy, the sausage cooked perfectly and the coffee came out hot. This was a great choice for a quick breakfast

This location has had an unreasonably long wait for food during most of my visits over the last 10 years. However, during my recent visit in early 2025, the wait was very reasonable. Hopefully that is a trend, and if it is I'll update my review to 4 stars. The food is normally good, the waiters can be hit or miss, and it's normally fairly clean. Worth visiting if you're not in a rush.

I was passing through and came to the Lynchburg location. The store could use some upgrades for sure. Other than that it was a perfect visit. The food was good and our server Kristin had a fabulous hospitality. I even told her to make sure no matter what life hands her never to loss that personality!! I Would Def go back next time I’m in the area

The food, service and atmosphere were all excellent. Had not been there for a long time. Back then everything was awful. Great improvement.

I'm just trying to figure out the point of ordering online, driving 17 minutes and still waiting in my car for another 10 minutes when the restaurant is almost empty. Please make it make sense. I hope the food is good though :)

I decided to celebrate my 19th birthday by eating here before beginning our adventures. It was amazing. I hate to forget my servers name but she was the sweetest and nicest person ever. Always checking in on us and rallying others to sing happy birthday to me. I’d come back just to have that server again

I have to say the customer service is ON POINT here! I went on Christmas Eve and to be honest I was in no way prepared for how happy and enthusiastic the entire staff was. I am sure everyone working would have rather been home with their families but they didn’t show it at all. Everyone one I encountered was happy to see me. It really made my entire day. The food was absolutely amazing and we went with our waitresses recommendations and were not disappointed at all. It truly felt like being with family. Everyone worked incredibly well together. I will absolutely be returning.
