Food Great Service is Wonderful. Take a jacket when you go, it is so damn cold in there everytime we've been that it's difficult to enjoy the meal before it goes cold. Just 2 degrees higher would make this place more enjoyable.

My family dined for breakfast and it was a poor experience. The food was questionable, bacon was flavorless and some even had a mystery bright green contaminant on it. There were two employees in the women’s bathroom the entire length of our visit (1hr) who I had to maneuver around multiple times because they couldn’t be bothered to stop their conversation to move. It’s no wonder the prices are so outrageous considering how many people are scheduled to hang out and chit chat. The menus were sticky, booths were gross and we wiped food off our table before we sat down. The hostess station smelled strongly of cigarettes and the hostess did not appear to be sober considering she was resting her forehead on the wall to hold herself up. However, our server was attentive and helpful.

We came in right in the middle of a rush, however Justin was extremely polite, friendly and professional. He was attentive to all of his tables, making sure that we had everything we needed all while handling more difficult customers in the table behind us. The food was great; pancakes were fresh and fluffy, the sausage cooked perfectly and the coffee came out hot. This was a great choice for a quick breakfast

This location has had an unreasonably long wait for food during most of my visits over the last 10 years. However, during my recent visit in early 2025, the wait was very reasonable. Hopefully that is a trend, and if it is I'll update my review to 4 stars. The food is normally good, the waiters can be hit or miss, and it's normally fairly clean. Worth visiting if you're not in a rush.

I was passing through and came to the Lynchburg location. The store could use some upgrades for sure. Other than that it was a perfect visit. The food was good and our server Kristin had a fabulous hospitality. I even told her to make sure no matter what life hands her never to loss that personality!! I Would Def go back next time I’m in the area
