Ate dinner there a little late but non the less, service was absolutely terrible. Waitress was more interested in doing her chores and her phone than her tables. Management here has dwindled also. And bad changes to the bar and menu.

Even if the parking lots full, trust me they have plenty of tables.

Wait the girl across from us had been there an hour and 15 minutes before she got her food and it came cold so we just decided to get up and leave

The worst experience at this place. My wife ordered the rooty tooty and got 3 slices of strawberry. No syrup, no hashbrowns, the pancakes she got were cold. I had eggs and sausage which were fine, but the sausage was cold like it had been nuked. Just bad bad bad overall. Avoid if you can.(Visit was on Sunday the 4th)

Totally fine experience. Food was accurate and good. Waitress seemed a little out of it but she also couldve just been tired. She was nice enough.

Good food. Our server Rajah was great. Greeted us with a smile and was very attentive to our needs. He rates a 10.

My bf and I love breakfast. We’ve tried going to this location twice because their menu offers more choices and Lynchburg is closer to us, but never again. The first time we went we waited up front for a few minutes. Someone had sat us then we waited about twenty minutes until my boyfriend finally got up and talked to an older server walking by. Now don’t get me wrong, she was really sweet but our food came out completely wrong. His sausage was raw and my egg was also raw. He asked for chocolate chip pancakes and got these all chocolate pancakes instead. Then the server never gave him the side of gravy he asked for.We get it sometimes people have bad days. We’ve worked in a restaurant and understand sometimes things happen and people don’t always have good days or possibly it was a new cook BOH.We returned to the same location Saturday after I had to give him a little convincing. I’m always willing to try to give a place a second chance. We ordered breakfast again and both got the smokehouse. Nothing was raw however him and I ate kielbasa when he was supposed to get sausage links. It was never communicated if the kielbasa was a mistake or if they were out of sausage links. That was the only thing him and I ate that was the same. Ever since, we’ve both been throwing up, didn’t really sleep well last night, and he also got sent home from work today. Luckily, I was off today so I didn’t miss work. I haven’t been able to eat anything and barely have drank water. Please do not go to this location.
