The cookies are amazing when getting them as is. You also get them slightly heated, which is great.
I also had the ice cream cookie sandwich, which was good, but the best part of the cookies were lost a bit in the ice cream. The actual ice cream, spicy chocolate, were really good though!
I would recommend just getting the cookies as is.

My first time at insomnia cookies. It was really good. Fresh, warm, melted right in my mouth… good traditional cookie place. Friendly guy working in there. Fast service. Totally recommend!
