The service was phenomenal and the coffee and pastries tasted amazing. I'm not sure why this place has a lower rating, the prices are fair for the service being rendered. If you're wanting a cheap coffee, this place isnt for you. But if you have the extra money or just want to show a little local appreciation, this is the place to be. Thanks for making the weekend at the conference center a memorable one! Can't wait to come back to Lynchburg just to visit you guys!

This place deserves a way higher review average! We almost looked for another cafe because of the low reviews here, but I’m glad we didn’t as those reviews are way off. If you’re expecting Dunkin Donuts, yes, you may be disappointed. But if you’re looking for actually high quality coffee and homemade bakery items with a much classier vibe than a chain café, this is your spot.
We visited on a Saturday morning and they even had a live jazz trio playing, which was really cool. You can definitely tell this cafe values the real, the authentic, the homemade, and the atmosphere. It goes against the grain of mass-production and depersonalization and that’s what makes it special!

We visited the Lynchburg location yesterday. We saw an ad for Tiny Tot Tuesday and wanted to check it out. I enjoyed a delicious pumpkin latte while my babies enjoyed their snacks and goodie bag. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!!

Must try this place by yourself to know how good they are. Coffee is good. They steam their milk perfectly. Beautiful place. Their staff is friendly and explained everything in detail as well.

Awesome food! Awesome service! Especially the atmosphere! Being an out of towner, I’d recommend this place to all!
This place is probably the best coffee shop in Lynchburg. The atmosphere is great and the pastries are amazing. I think it probably has the best pastries in town. The coffee was good as well. The only downside is how expensive the coffee shop is in general.

Only been here once so far but we were very impressed. Since being here we've tried quite a few localized coffee shops. I'd say this one is our 2nd favorite so far. Our service was great. The latte's were great. The decor and atmosphere was very cool. We were very comfortable just hanging out. We will be back.

Sucked, smelt bad, workers where odd, whoever runs the Facebook page is mean and doesn’t take criticism well. Coffees sucked, the smoker thing gave my whole group a headache.

Excellent coffee, at least from their espresso bean. I ordered an Americano and it was great. I tried the drip with the house blend, somewhat average. The atmosphere is unique, more of a high-end coffee location, almost like a fancy dining room. Unique in that respect. Definitely recommend anything drink that requires their espresso! Enjoy.

Staff is rude and treats you like you are an idiot. Both of our drinks were wrong. Half sweet was not written down and so our latte was way too sweet. I got a traditional Macchiato and received a cappuccino. I saw her ring in a cappuccino. Staff was clearly whispering about me ordering a macchiato like it was the Starbucks drink, even though I said traditional, and received a cappuccino anyways.
I asked about it at the counter, and the staff told me it was a macchiato, which it clearly wasn’t. And they didn’t offer to remake it.
Unfortunately, this shop seems to embody what people don’t like about coffee culture. The sense of entitlement and superiority. Coffee is good, but not worth such an unfriendly experience.
Go to kinship or golf park for your Lynchburg speciality coffee needs.

Beautiful atmosphere, incredible staff, pastries looked amazing. I was disappointed they did not offer heavy cream as an option in my coffee.

Sorry to say but the coffee (cookie special) tasted like it was spoiled/rancid. Very expensive for a bad coffee.
Pastry was good but overcooked.
