Great customer service - 10/10. It was my first time here when I stopped by 20 mins before closing. The gentleman assisting me recommended the #9 as it was his favorite and the sandwich was good.
I didn’t get his name, but he knows who he is. The sandwhich was made with love and I felt it. Thank you for your amazing service sir. 🤝🤝

Sad they could not even give a discount to veterans for what we sacrificed!!!
Wasn't very welcoming. Then he just grabbed bread that had been sitting on the counter. Nobody in front of me ordered the Parmesan bread. Was annoyed I wanted "fresh" bread. Down hill from there..Worth every penny but too expensive to be given bread that's just been laying around and worked over.. Was dining in we decided to leave after that.

As someone who has had food allergies for most of their life the service and understanding of this establishment was wonderful. While ordering I got gf bread and just simply asked them to change their gloves as that normally the best I get when I eat out. He not only changed his gloves and wiped down the counter and slicer but also explained to me what to order next time and informed me that employees go through training about allergies. He also got out a separate container of toppings that hadn't been touched by contaminated gloves. Would definitely recommend and will eat there again

Jersey Mike's doesn't only make killer subs but the female manager at this location was Fing AMAZING!!!!! She not only helped me deal with doordashes bs but she went above and beyond and was patient as hell dealing with it as we both tried to navigate through their ridiculous lies. Thank you so much to the female manager who was stellar with her customer service and patience.
