Jersey Mikes food is always good but this location is filthy. All of the tables were dirty. The floor was covered with food under the tables. The trash can at the front door was overflowing onto the floor. Terrible. And the ladies room wasnt. much better.

My Order Taker Today was "Ally"....She was Absolutely Fantastic.I had a large order to place. She was pleasant, and very patient, and helpful to me.She labeled everything for me individually, and had such a Positive and Uplifting Attitude, not just to me, but everyone in line. She was smiling alot, and seemed to enjoy her job.She even Carried My Food out to my car for me because I had my hands full, and wouldn't have to make multiple trips out in the rain....Ally: My Sincerest Thank You for going "The Extra Mile"....Keep up the great work ..Jersey Mike's: Our Food was Delicious, and it was 100% Correct... I’ve been before and the food is always good. But today (NYE) I get there at 5:33 and Google says they close at 6. Sign on the door says they closed at 5. Very disappointing because I have been looking forward to it since yesterday but wasn’t able to make it out before today. I called other locations in the area to try and fix this craving but they all said they closed at 5 as well (despite Google saying they all close at 6). Get it together.

I'm definitely a fan of these subs!!! Mikes way is the best way!!!! My niece and I came here on a Friday for lunch. It was slightly busy but it didn't take long for us to get our sandwiches. We were able to dine in comfortably. The staff here is really nice / helpful. They don't have Coke products so this was a bummer. Everything else was good & I am likely to return if I'm craving a yummy sub next time I'm in Lynchburg!
