Jersey Mike's Subs

Every time I come here the wait for food, to order or pickup is astronomical. Good luck getting a curbside order to actually come to your car, it always has to be picked up inside unless you want to wait for an hour. The location at old forest or wards rd is 10x better. This will be the last time visiting this location. Lack of staff = terrible service.

The sub was awesome! And one of the employees even helped me jump my car when the battery died.

Went after work at around 5:00 and there was only one patron besides me, so service was quick.

The young lady that helped me was pleasant and helpful. I've only been to a Jersey Mike's once before, so I didn't know the lingo.

I got a small turkey and provolone sub that was absolutely LOADED with meat and toppings.

Got it home and it was delicious. I wasn't able to eat the whole thing, so I'll save the rest for tomorrow. 😋

5 stars because I was highly impressed with the employees. As much as I felt like an inconvenience, they assured me I was not. My son has alpha gal and is extremely allergic to red meat. They were so kind and cleaned and sanitized everything they used before making his sub and let me know over and over they did not mind. That alone is enough for me to continue coming back to this specific location.

The only reason i gave service three stars is because the jersey mikes on Timberlake rd lyh has this one worker that slops our sandwiches around and doesn’t let us finish our sentences but aver all the food is good and you should go there as long as you dont get him but i would give hos description but maybe he will see this so yeah the sandwiches are great

The food wasn’t bad, and the store smells and looks great! The service was a bit lacking, but they were slammed at the time.

Ordered the steak sandwich. Asked for provolone and the roll toasted. Didn’t even get the chance to ask for mayo or anything added to it.
