I ordered from this Location today and ask for extra meat and extra cheese on a Giant Turkey And Ham sub and I got just extra ham ???? Very thin slices of cheese looks one slice and no extra Turkey but that's what I paid for. Didn't get what I asked for. DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!

I did not like that the table was dirty and there were no prices on the menu board; however the employees were super nice and friendly and the food was good. Not worth the price or the hype though.

Amazing service. Food is always made perfectly. I recently ordered to pick-up in store instead of curbside and my newborn finally fell asleep; not wanting to wake him I called the store and asked them to bring it curbside instead and they happily obliged. I will gladly order from this specific Jersey Mike’s in the future.

I went to the location on Timberlake Road last night for the first time. There are no clear markings in the store as to where you place and pay for the order, sort of unorganized in that regard. The food was "good", though the price is a bit steep. Also, when I paid with my card a tip menu came up for various percentages and there was no way to bypass it. I am certain these employees are being paid hourly wages and this is not a sit-down service to table where they are making 2.01 per hour, etc., for which I would have been glad to tip. I won't be back.

I had went to the Jersey Mike's on wards road and placed a review about the lettuce being brown not fresh like on the TV ads .. So I ended up with a free coupon so I decided to try the one on Timberlake Rd.. this was my first time here.. it was very clean looking..I enjoyed my sub. It tasted good.?
The food was good we did the steak and cheese they were fresh and hot. The service was good and we will be visiting

Somewhere, I heard that the difference between a sub sandwich and a hoagie is that a hoagie doesn't have mayo or spread in it, just oil and vinegar. The sandwiches here, if you get them the way they make them, have oil and vinegar in them. I guess that makes them a hoagie? In any case, my sandwich was delicious.I got a turkey and provolone, which is a good choice here. I got everything (lettuce, tomato, onion, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper). I always get all of the things they offer, but you can customize your sandwich to your liking.This location is fast and efficient, and the restrooms are clean. You're in and out of here quickly, which is great.
