Food could be a little fresher. The restaurant itself was clean. The bathrooms were up to par. They were well-stocked but the sink area was a little dirty. Overall, I think this is a pretty good restaurant. The cashier was very kind to us. As we had a difficult order.
The food, as always, was good. You usually can't go wrong with a Gargantuan, hence the 3 stars. The staff at this location were horrible. The woman working the counter was very unprofessional, but at least she was working. The two gentlemen responsible for crafting sandwiches had to be screamed at to come make our food and once appearing, questioned why they were even bothered. Even Ms. Professional was dumbfounded when replying "to make food..." With so many food...
"Freaky Fast Delivery" describes this particular JJ's location perfectly. Service is fast, yet the subs don't feel sub-par. Moderately priced for a deli restaurant, with most sandwiches ranging between $6-8. Employees are friendly. Would definitely recommend over competitors like Subway or Firehouse Subs.
