Just ordered delivery. Order was not correct. Called to have new order delivered and it was not correct. Called to talk to manager and got hung up on. Been going to this place since it has opened. Never has this happened. I don't even know what to think about this.

Absolutely the best food I've ever had. I recently moved and I still drive 1 hour one way just to get the Seasme Chicken. Don't get me started on their eggrolls!

I had been told that the sushi at this restaurant was excellent. Not only was the sushi excellent, but the staff was friendly and the atmosphere was great. Also, the men's restroom was clean considering how much it gets used. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a great place to have a excellent meal with family and friends.

I go here “ONLY” because they have the BEST chicken and broccoli in town! If it wasn’t for that I would not go. I’ve eaten lunch here ( great server very attentive) and I’ve eaten dinner here. I’ve done take out and ordered delivery. I would suggest if you go and eat in donut for lunch!! If your ordering to go do take out. My delivery took 2hrs and I did not get any compensation for their mistake and he took my change. Only reason I will go back is because there is no other place in Lynchburg who’s chicken and broccoli tops theirs ….. But I’ll be doing take out!Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly

I read in some review that the food at King's Island surpasses typical Asian food restaurants. My taste buds say "Yes, join that chorus!" My Szechuan chicken and vegetables as a lunch special was exceptional for the tenderness and flavor of everything on my plate. I'll be back.

We went here because everywhere else was closed on New Years day. This is a chinese actual sit down restaurant and not a takeout place. It has a very large sushi menu but we didn't have sushi so that will not be reviewed. The review will have three parts, one for each dish and one for the restaurant and service itself. The first dish was my own, which was called the Dragon and Phoenix. This is a combination of fried lobster in a semi sweet red sauce and chicken (aka the phoenix) in a spicy brown garlic sauce. They call the sauce spicy, but it's really just garlic sauce in a brown gravy, but it was still very tasty. It had a punch of garlic flavor followed by mellow savory gravy. The fried lobster was perfectly tender and the semi sweet tomato sauce was a tart and smooth followup to the sweet lobster.Second dish was my wife's garlic chicken with a side of reduced sweet and sour sauce on the side for dipping. The sauce was extra because we ordered it special. The garlic chicken didn't actually need the sauce for dipping, but we didn't know that when we ordered it. We were trying for a honey garlic chicken like we can get in the takeout back home but while this was a close approximation, it was not the same thing. However, the garlic chicken was perfectly grilled and the garlic flavor was present, but didn't overpower the vegetables or rice when mixed together which was fantastic.Lastly, we have the restaurant itself and the service. Our server was a new hire, who is named Ryan. Despite his inexperience at the restaurant, we never wanted for beverages, and he was very polite in trying to accommodate our requests. He was polite and professional. The restaurant itself, despite being a tad loud because we were next to the kitchen, was actually fairly comfortable. The seats were soft, the art on the walls fit the theme of the restaurant, and when Ryan didn't know an answer to the question we asked, he got the cook who could answer the question with no trouble. It was a nicely polished experience.

Kang Pao chicken is delicious, as is the chicken with black bean sauce. Stay away from the Pheonix Fairy - so fishy tasting and stinky! Brought it home for the dog to eat, it's like sweet and sour battered fish but SO fishy. No egg rolls available for people with shellfish allergies, they have shrimp in them -no spring roll option available either. The pan fried dumplings are delicious, stuffed full of meat. The booths are very low to the ground, so get a table if they're available - because it's difficult to get back out. We were questioned (loudly!) why we wanted a table (we're 4 older, larger people) so that was quite embarrassing in front of a crowd of people. We accepted a booth, and that was a big mistake. Next time we'll wait the extra 5 minutes for a table.Vegetarian options: Lots of tasty veggie and tofu options.Parking: No spots available on busy nights, you'll have to wait for someone to leave. Take-out is hard if you just want to run in and out.Wheelchair accessibility: Able to get a wheelchair through the doors but you'll need someone to hold both sets of doors open. Restaurant is on the 1st floor. Request a table because sitting at a booth in a chair means you will block the aisles, tables have more options if you want to wheel up. If you can transfer to a chair, even more seating options. Booths are quite low to the floor - very hard to transfer from low seats back to chair. Best to stick to a table. Booths are awful for older people and those with bad backs & knees. 4 larger-sized humans will be crammed in really tightly and will be hard to eat comfortably.

We had to wait awhile, but it was expected on a busy Saturday night. Huge menu with tons of options. 7 people in our party, we all had different dishes and no one was disappointed. I can't wait to return next time I'm in town ! No wonder it's a locals favorite. I had the shredded pork Peking style and it was awesome ! Fried dumplings, 2 kinds of lo mean, 2 sushi rolls , shrimp chow mein, and more. Huge portions, I ate leftovers from mine for 2 days !

Always get the Texas Chase, 5 star spicy. Although is it never quite the same predictable level of spicy, it is always good!
