We always go here for birthdays because we love the atmosphere and it is great for bigger groups. Today we noted several changes. Soup and teriyaki sauce are no longer offered as part of the meal. Our service was almost nonexistent even though we are almost the only people there. I asked for chopsticks, which were never delivered. Drinks were delivered once and had no way to find server about refills. I had to order several drinks from the bartender as she walked by. The chef was AMAZING, as always.
I understand having gratuity built in, but the chef and bartender should be getting the entire tip.

I have always had great service at this restaurant(HibachiGrill).Friendly staff and chefs.I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a good home cooked meal .Thank you for all the hard work you all do.Keep up the good job.

Awesome as usual. Hadn't been there in over 10 years before they moved away. The wife and I always talk about the food and hospitality. Finally had a chance to go by there and they didn't disappoint.

A very welcoming place to grab a quick bite to eat and enjoy a drink or two. This gives the “ family vibe” there seems to be a lot of regulars here… now I guess I’m one of them 🙂.

Terrible waitress- not attentive and not pleasant. Seemed as though we were a bother. Only 5 people at our table.
Food portions are much smaller than they used to be.
Everything was amazing when we ate here!! The vol crab was my favorite Koto's has the best sushi and the food was amazing!!! I will be coming back to eat here again!!!
