This store has gone down hill. Store is always a mess now regardless of time of day. Always out of stock on the better sales items likely bate a switch. Utz chips on sale but out of stock no extra displays no extra product but at the front entrance and five display locations it’s the lays chip that even on sale are way more expensive.

Old lady was very rude. She works the self checkout and she became very hostile towards the workers and even put the blame on me … the costumer.

I was in line to buy my groceries about a minute before closing. The old lady stationed at the registers quickly stopped me after making her closing announcements and rudely told me I could not buy my items because I was not able to start ringing them up before they closed. When I told her I was waiting in line before closing, she got even more confrontational and told me to leave after ranting on for a minute or two. I have worked in this type of industry before, so it was obvious to me that she just didnt want to do any more work at that point. This level of customer service should be unacceptable to the company, and she needs to either be retrained or fired. I will be contacting the corporate offices tomorrow regarding this incident. I will update my review of the store after the call.

Place is straight up trash. Employees are incompetent. If you try to do a wire transfer or deposit at the CS desk, they'll make up some completely fake reason why they can't do the deposit, ask for your SSN (which is extremely fishy, seeing as you do not need to provide your SSN to do a deposit), and then even after you've jumped through all their made-up hoops, they'll just decline it manually cause they're envious of people who clearly have more money than them. Hourly wage workers need to be replaced with robots and AI.

This Kroger store is much larger than the one on Wards Road. It's more upscale, and greater variety of fruits and food products. Plenty of parking.
I go just for the Private Selection Belgian Chocolate milk. And they never have it in stock. My husband enjoys the sushi. I do like the fresh bagels.

Was just in there on Timberlake paid for everything with card except bacon gonna pay cash for that didn't have enough on card so anyway nice Kroger employee thinks she's got me steeling the damn bacon lawd she gonna save the world, says all smug like you forget to ring up your bacon I says no paying cash for it so she take over the transaction that damn bacon ain't going nowhere jack, my folks raised me to be good so I just says thank you for to Kroger if you got a minute they got plenty of bacon it on lockdown baby. God bless everyone have a good day

I just needed milk for Mom. I was able to get in and out quickly with the milk I wanted. The store wasn't very crowded on Tuesday in the early afternoon.
