Little Caesars Pizza

It would be nice if they actually had not n ready pizzas like they advertise but rarely do they have any. The 10 minutes I was waiting for service most recently and they were out, several other customers were waiting and one even had his pizza stolen from the pizza portal.

Used the app to order ahead of time, and I had a 10% off coupon. How is it that my total was more than the original price before using the coupon? Just more bs from a corporation.

This is the worst little ceasers in lyncburg maybe even virginia. Just go ahead and change the slogan because nothing is ever hot and ready. Terrible

Location was clean. Staff were helpful when picking up the pizza and it tastes “GREAT.”
What a little tip can do for staff. Overall, will come again.

In the last couple months I order a few times from this place. The orders are never right and they always forget things even with order receipt that is provided. I ordered them through DoorDash.Recently paid $50 to have a delivered, and all I was given in delivery was breadsticks, and a 20 oz.Pepsi, that's not $50, that's nonsense.This place will never get my business again.

The drive thru was busy so I waited almost 15min just to order a hot and READY pizza with 4 cheerleaders in the car. Ordering the food to the screen was useless because when you get to the windows you still have to reorder. The first pizza was old and dried out. The second pizza was not cooked long enough. Went inside and the cashier let me know that it would take about 15min. Got my order and it was better.

Absolutely abysmal horrible experience at this Little Caesars. Not only did the person that I picked up the pizza from pretend that they didn't know who the order was and saying a different name but then proceeded to waste my time and make me wait for no reason. The food was also disgusting. The pizza tasted like cardboard and the crust was unedible.

Very difficult to order from here as there is always an issue with this location taking orders on the app, and they NEVER answer the phone.

Overall great experience but food does consistently take longer to be completed than app estimates say.

It is black Friday. So taking that into account, we ordered pepperoni with extra chz....we got no pepperoni, just extra chz. The drink was also wrong. I ordered Starry for the kids, which has no caffeine. They sent Mt Dew instead, which the kids cant have. There were a couple of disappointed kids....no pepperoni, no drink. The pizza was delicious though, so that saved our evening.

Placed a large order for pick up via the drive thru on Sat. 11/01. I was instructed to drive through the drive thru and pick up at 11am. They informed me at 11 that my order would only be a few minutes longer and I could either drive back through or come inside. I went inside thinking it would be done by the time I parked and walked in. Well I continued to wait. I had 2 ladies ask me my name and what I was waiting on. I told them and the went back to the back of the store and continued to carry on their conversation and sing while my order was sitting on the counter. I got irritated and went back through the drive thru and finally was able to retrieve my order. However, I get all the way home for my order to be incorrect. One of the 4 pizzas was supposed to be a pretzel stuff crust pizza with pepperoni and cheese, instead it was a reg. Pepperoni pizza and reg. Crust. I didnt even bother to call to have the order fixed as I live 30 minutes away and it was already a hassle to begin with. I doubt I come back for a while. Worst experience I have had at this establishment.
