A bit of a wait but they were busy and working hard to get the orders out. Staff were polite and apologetic for the wait even when some customers were rude to them. Thank youuuu and Happy Halloween! 🎃
Called and placed an order I get there to pick my order and they want to act like I called another place, had to wait for them to do my order.
I've never in my life experienced such BS. I ordered my pizza through the app, which cheerfully informed me that my pizza was being made and cooked. I go to the restaurant drive thru and WAIT 45 MINUTES IN THE DRIVE THRU. There were 5 cars ahead of me. But that's not the worst part. I finally get to the window, inform Quentin of my last name, and watch as he goes and searches for my order. He comes back empty handed except for my ticket which proves it did indeed go through. He tells me he didn't know what happened, but the order didn't get made. Furthermore, the cooks had gone home. I could either take a crusty old cheese pizza or get a refund. I took the refund. This takes the cake as the absolute worst restaurant experience of my life. This place needs to be burned down and forgotten forever.

The food is okay some times. But the attitude from the employees are not great. Eye rolling and huffing and huffing not necessary. Yes I get it its not a easy job but if it is not for you then dont work there. You should not give attitude to do your job. It is clean there but the attitude you give people makes them not want to come back.

Pizza was cold as if it was refrigerated before came out. Their drive thru screen is broken what is going on?! Lady was only thing I can say. This place needs to close at this point a frozen pizza from the grocery store is better this this.

I ordered from there today...the manager Brook went over and beyond to make sure our visit was amazing! The pizza was awesome along with the atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

Horrible service. If I could give 0 stars I would. I get all the way to the window for them to tell me that they only have cheese pizza. I ordered pepperoni pizza. Then said I could wait 20 min. What ever happened to hot n ready. Poor excuse for any service.

You order ahead, the app shows it's ready and you wait 30 minutes for it to eventually be made. This has happened the last two times I've ordered here, and it's happened previously. I think it's primarily a sraffing issue probably, but it's a dreadful experience.

Oh man but do I have fond memories of Little Ceasars. Seeing the commercials with the Pizza Pizza! And those times that my mom would get LCs for the family. The pizza is cheap but for some reason I LOVED their recipe. Still do. But the LCs on Wards Rd is trash. You never know what you are going to get when you go to that store. Out of 10 visits I would say 1 visit had good service, or good food, or an accurate order, but NEVER all three. I miss the days when people actually cared about their product. When customers were lifeblood instead of just a number on a spreadsheet. I miss when people cared about people and actually cared about their jobs. And I REALLY miss when employers were intelligent enough to retain their employees by keeping them happy at work (Decent pay, time off, benefits - The stuff that food workers don't get even though they are in one of the harshes and most toxic work environments) so that they would actually care about the work they do and the company they work for. But LCs does not care about thier employees. They do not care about their customers. And the fact that for the past 10 years I have put in so many complaints on this one store that I can't even count them, but nothing has ever changed. Honestly after the overcooked, and dry carboard excuse for pizzas (we ordered 6 for a family event, plus crazy bread and cheesy break) I don't think I will ever give them my business again. A customer of over 30 years and I am about to walk away from one of my favorite chains because the owner of the franchise doesn't not care enough about their business to police their locations.

I ordered online and while I was waiting on the parking lot I was informed that my order was ready. When I went to pick it up at the drive thru the pizza was ice cold and they had no cheese puffs ready and wanted me to wait 10 minutes. 20 minutes later I still had no food. They need new management big time.
