Got takeout and wanted to try this location due to Roanoke, Virginia location being closed down as that location used to be a good place to eat before it went downhill and closed. I was the only person when I came into the restaurant, The lady that approached me that handed me my takeout order looked mad and acted as if coming into the restaurant was inconvenient for her. When I asked about extra condiments, she immediately cut me off and said I already put them in your bag, when it is not exactly what I asked for. When looking in my takeout bag, I immediately knew the food was not going to be good. The appearance of the food looked gross and for the price I paid for all the food I could’ve went to a different restaurant and got a lot more for less money and way better food. I am very disappointed as logan’s roadhouse used to be a very good place to eat and to enjoy good food, but I will probably never step foot into another logan’s restaurant again.

I know, I know, I didn't get steak a steak place.. but just wasn't feeling it. However, this was amazing. Their shrimp and salmon plate. Flavor was great, cooked well. Staff was kind and quick and considerate of the fact I was on lunch break and brought everything out quick.

Traveling from Roanoke to Charlottesville after a long day, stopped in for a late lunch. The place wasn't very busy for a Saturday afternoon. We were seated immediately and given menus, then forgotten by all. We never saw our waitress, no one even took our drink orders. After waiting 10 or 15 minutes we left. As we were walking out the door, the person who seated us thanked us and said have a great evening and come again! I had to laugh and told her we never even got service and were heading on over to Texas Roadhouse, where the service was quick and the food was great!

Well it would help if we weren't seated in a remote area all by ourselves and no waitress to come and take a drink order or anything for 10 or 15 minutes? Plenty of restaurants here we'll go somewhere where they're happy to see us...

We came into the restaurant and were told that they were able to accommodate our larger group size. This became a nightmare as we waited 3 hours for our food to arrive. We arrived at 6 and received our food at 9. This was not something specific to our larger group size either as a couple near us waited about the same for theirs. The food wasn't nearly worth the wait or price. This was by far the worst restaurant experience I've ever had.

Everything was good but my ribs . They were greasy and nasty tasting and I didn’t eat the whole half rack of ribs and I’m a grown adult .

STAY AWAY!!!! Sweet tea wasn’t sweet, got raw shrimp, didn’t get the sides I ordered and they didn’t have ice cream for a dessert, which we wouldn’t had gotten had we known there was no ice cream yet again. The last time we went there was no ice cream either. Waitress was a little scatterbrained. Will be a long time before we go back. Was not worth the $100 bill! Edit to add. I reached out to them as they requested and NOTHING was done about it. Didn’t even receive an email back nor a phone call.
Lexi was our server and bartender! She was busy but fast and friendly. We went for a special occasion and it didn’t disappoint. The dinner rolls were fresh baked and served deliciously warm. The adult beverages we had were both refreshing and tasty. (Peach Tea and Big Blue) He got steak dinner plate and I got ribs and tenders dinner plate. They both come with two sides. After sharing the Loaded potato skins, we couldn’t finish our meal! It was a lot of food! We gladly took the rest home and had leftovers for dinner the next night. We would absolutely go back.

We are in town for my husband’s graduation and decided to visit this location for lunch. I ordered the 12 oz ribeye and it was maybe 1/4 inch thickness and very under cooked. I did not taste it and told the bartender that I wanted it taken off my bill and she did that. A manger never came to talk to me about it and she left it sitting in front of me. I took some pictures to show what I was served.

Hadn’t been there in a while and I know why!! I ordered Steak n 2sides Baked Potato n broccoli my mom had her usual the grill meatloaf and 2 sides my STEAK was HORRIBLE OVER COOKED AND IT WAS TO SALTY!! To the point I wasn’t fit to eat..my mom wasn’t pleased either she said that meatloaf didn’t taste as good as it used to.. I definitely want go back to this particular one , The Logan’s in NC IS MUCH BETTER AND THE FOOD IS ALSO!!!
