Our family ate here a few weeks ago and were pleasantly surprised with our experience. Our servers were very friendly and attentive, especially with our 1 year old. The food came quickly and everything tasted delicious.

I had not visited this location in some time due to varied issues the last few times I had tried.
This was indeed much better. This location has come a long way in food and service.

I've been sitting in the restaurant for hour and half
There not busy but had to wait 40 minutes to be seated. There was 4 hostesses standing up front. 2 in the kitchen including the manager. This restaurant has gone to pot. Poor management and nobody wants to work.

Took 6 weeks to get a refund on hard stale wings. Manager followed up with me. I had to go back in last week.

The wings were absolutely garbage!! They were way over cooked! Asked them to make them again and they came back with the same. They were literally not edible. Do better Lynchburg!!

Went in great mood. got seated and waited on pretty quickly, ordered the chop steak with broccoli and Caesar's salad. After about 15 mins waiter brought out my chop steak no broccoli no Caesar salad, are you are kidding me, had to ask several times for both, very apologetic but I had the feeling he didn't really care. Food was good but would have been great if the waiter knew what he was doing. I left in a bad mood day ruined. Will not be back. Longhorn steakhouse next door was packed, watch out Logans your days might be numbered. Treat your customers better.

We came in on Monday, Dec. 29 around 1pm. Promptly seated in a booth that was not thoroughly cleaned...crumbs on seat & table. It took approx 15+ minutes before Amber acknowledged our presence.
Ordered appetizer, drinks, and steak dinners. Drinks arrived promptly...glasses had soda droplets all over them so we had to wipe them off before using.
Dinner salads (if you call lettuce, tomatoes & cucumbers a salad) arrived followed by our steaks which Amber mixed up our requests so my onions were on top of my husband's steak and I got his side of onions.
We inquired about the appetizer (loaded potato skins) and was told they were under the broiler to melt the cheese. When they arrived, they were way overcooked and inedible.
The steaks were wet and a gray color...not looking like the ads of nicely browned grilled steaks. Poor quality steaks full of grissle & not easily cut with a knife.
We paid $89 for this food which was not worth it at all. Now we know why a Longhorn Steakhouse has opened up next door.
Definitely recommend everyone to eat at either Texas Roadhouse or Longhorn. We will not return to Logan's.

The food is great as i got a sirloin with potatoes and green beans. Everything was seasoned and cooked perfectly. I sat at the bar since it was a 45min wait for a table. The bartender was excellent, friendly and served delicious cocktails. I will definitely eat here again when Im in town.

If you like Applebees you will like this Logan’s…..food is mid tier at best, restaurant was almost totally empty and there was still a wait. Service left a lot to be desired as well but that is likely due to the severe staff shortage. Sadly, Logan’s tastes like all of their dishes came off a Sysco truck. The steaks had a consistency that is only gotten from being cooked from frozen or very cold and beef was ‘choice’ grade at best.

TL:DR would rather go to Texas Roadhouse.

Ton of empty tables but since I’m dining alone I have to wait 20 minutes? Make it make sense.

I guess small party customers don’t matter at this establishment, or perhaps it’s because the tip will be less.

Is there a staffing issue or are we just not prepared for weekends? I specifically came before peak dinner rush to avoid this.
