We came into the restaurant and were told that they were able to accommodate our larger group size. This became a nightmare as we waited 3 hours for our food to arrive. We arrived at 6 and received our food at 9. This was not something specific to our larger group size either as a couple near us waited about the same for theirs. The food wasn't nearly worth the wait or price. This was by far the worst restaurant experience I've ever had.

Sweet tea wasn’t sweet, got raw shrimp, didn’t get the sides I ordered and they didn’t have ice cream for a dessert, which we wouldn’t had gotten had we known there was no ice cream yet again. The last time we went there was no ice cream either. Waitress was a little scatterbrained. Will be a long time before we go back. Was not worth the $100 bill! Edit to add. I reached out to them as they requested and NOTHING was done about it. Didn’t even receive an email back nor a phone call.

Lexi was our server and bartender! She was busy but fast and friendly. We went for a special occasion and it didn’t disappoint. The dinner rolls were fresh baked and served deliciously warm. The adult beverages we had were both refreshing and tasty. (Peach Tea and Big Blue) He got steak dinner plate and I got ribs and tenders dinner plate. They both come with two sides. After sharing the Loaded potato skins, we couldn’t finish our meal! It was a lot of food! We gladly took the rest home and had leftovers for dinner the next night. We would absolutely go back.

We are in town for my husband’s graduation and decided to visit this location for lunch. I ordered the 12 oz ribeye and it was maybe 1/4 inch thickness and very under cooked. I did not taste it and told the bartender that I wanted it taken off my bill and she did that. A manger never came to talk to me about it and she left it sitting in front of me. I took some pictures to show what I was served.

I ordered Steak n 2sides Baked Potato n broccoli my mom had her usual the grill meatloaf and 2 sides my STEAK was HORRIBLE OVER COOKED AND IT WAS TO SALTY!! To the point I wasn’t fit to eat..my mom wasn’t pleased either she said that meatloaf didn’t taste as good as it used to.. I definitely want go back to this particular one , The Logan’s in NC IS MUCH BETTER AND THE FOOD IS ALSO!!!

this restaurant has definately gone DOWNHILL!! The service is so-so, food is hit or miss, Mgrs are not present, we had to track 1 down our last visit. It was definately our LAST visit. This restaurant in Lynchburg VA used to be our go spot. Now it's our STAY AWAY from spot. We had decided to give them 1 more chance, After being there 2+ hrs last visit just waiting on a server & food, that did it for us. If you go there, hopefully you will have a better experience than we did.
Service was great. Atmosphere was really good for dinning in. Thank you all for such a great experience.

Let me start by saying our server was phenomenal—attentive, friendly, and quick to address our concerns. Unfortunately, the food did not meet expectations.
Meal 1: • Sweet Tea: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) – Perfectly brewed and refreshing. • Ribeye: (0/5) – Served cold, overcooked, and rubbery. It was completely inedible. • Green Beans: ⭐⭐ (2/5) – Standard canned green beans with butter and seasoning. Nothing special. • Baked Potato: ⭐ (1/5) – Seemed like it had been under a heat lamp for too long. The skin was extremely hard.
Meal 2: • Sweet Tea: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) – Consistently great. • Country Style Buttermilk Chicken: (0/5) – Took one bite and couldn’t eat more. The chicken had an extremely sour taste, and the batter was both burned and undercooked. • Mac & Cheese: (0/5) – Completely flavorless and rubbery. • Green Beans: ⭐⭐ (2/5) – Same as the first plate, nothing special.
We spoke to our waitress, who quickly got the manager. The manager explained that the sour taste in the chicken came from mixing buffalo sauce with buttermilk, but this sourness seemed off in a different way. To their credit, they comped the meals, only charging us for the drinks.
I’m not sure if we caught them on a bad night, but based on this experience, we won’t be returning anytime soon.
