I took the family there tonight and we sat there for almost 30 minutes and never even met out waiter/waitress. Multiple other tables were waiting so we finally left. I have a 8, 6, and 1.5 year old and don't have all night to sit and wait.

I'm on a restricted diet, and despite the fact that I had to order my 8oz sirloin with steamed broccoli and a sweet potato all completely plain (I used the table salt and pepper for the steak) it was delicious! You know they use quality products when they taste good with little or no seasoning. I miss having my food doused in butter, garlic, and the like, but the cook on Friday night did an amazing job with my restrictions. Will definitely come back at some point.

My husband and I decided to stop in at 2 in the afternoon. the place wasn't that busy so we figured to stop in and have lunch. Our server was very sweet and kind but I was disappointed when after putting our order in between 215-230 that by 3 we had only received an appetizer and drinks. We watched as several tables of similar size to us received their food first when they put their orders in after us. When we asked for an ETA on our food we were told that the cook was "getting to our order now and is working on it as fast as they can" they also apologize cause there was only "one cook in the kitchen today" as I watched 3 different people pass back in forth in the kitchen then entire time we were there. Bottom line is that our order got lost and just noticed it and didn't want to own up to it. I asked for the check and told them not to even bother starting the order. I can understand things happening and mistakes being made but don't lie to me when I can see everything and hear everything you say. This wasn't the first time something like this has happened but this straw broke the camals back.

The food was ok.. it could use more flavor.. and less burnt taste. My server was nice but didn't offer bread, we had to ask for booster seats with 2 small children obviously being with us, she was late placing our order and I had to find her so I could pay my bill. Needless to say I won't be eating here again, and my server could use some additional training.

First visit, quite disappointing. Asked 4 times for my salad dressing before finally getting it and to go box. Burger not done, mushrooms burnt, chicken tenders burnt. Plus they wouldn’t accommodate a customer’s request for rice in place of mashed potatoes on a plate. I realize it’s Friday night in a college town, and not waitress’ fault when runners bring the food, but this was ridiculous! And management shouldn’t allow food to come out like that.
Came in tonight and had a waitress with the cutest hair! She had braided black and blue hair and my daughter was so excited to talk to her (I think her name was Ashley or Ashlyn). She was so kind and spoke to us like we were her family. I was impressed by how quickly she returned to our table with refills and made sure we had bread while we waited for our food. The food was ok, but it wasn’t great, but our waitress was more than kind to us. I would recommend her ANY time! Someone please thank this sweet girl for her positive attitude and servant heart that was wonderfully shown tonight.

The wait time was rather long, but my steak was sooooo tender and the flavor was perfect. I usually put A1 sauce on my steak, but it didn't even need any. The waitress was good about keeping a check on us and getting us whatever we needed. I recommend them to anyone.Parking: Even as crowded as they were we had plenty of room for parking.

My family and I went there for supper yesterday. We haven’t went in there in over a year due to the service and food not being great. We decided to give it another chance and I was a great decision. The food was great and so was the service. We spoke to the manager telling her how much of an improvement Logan’s has made and she greatly appreciated our feedback. I would highly recommend coming to Logan’s and give it a chance!!!!

Kid-friendliness: Always felt very comfortable with bring my kids here allways ask for a booth that way they can stretch out if need to. But waiters and waitresses have always been very and layed back atmosphere has always made me feel comfortable with coming with toddlers that don't always know how to be quiet or sit still.
