Normally a really great experience! This time I think we had someone who was new. He seated us and took our drink order about 5 minutes later. We didn't see him again. It took two more people to finish taking care of us, and while the wait was much longer than normal before we could flag someone down and get our order in, the food was excellent as always!

Went to dine in at Lola’s yesterday for the first time to try something new outside of La Caretta’s. I’ll never go again. I had to seat myself at the bar after waiting at the due for exactly 6 minutes! they had one waiter so I understand patience is the key but he was so busy chatting and having fun with the other 2 tables he hardly notice us at the bar even though he walked pass the bar multiplier times to get to the tables. Once getting his attention and telling him how we felt, he even agreed that La Ca is better which made me think twice before ordering but we did anyway because it was his opinion and not ours. I usually just do take out drinks and the girl with the red hair and glasses is amazing and the reason I considers dining inside instead of doing a “takeout drink”. Im huge on customer service and it wasn’t given! I felt unwelcome and unwanted

My dad and I have been to Lola's 4 times. The staff are always very polite and welcoming. The food is amazing. I would definitely recommend people to eat here. The prices in my opinion are worth it.
We always enjoy eating here. The people are friendly and efficient and good at what they do. The food is always excellent and the prices are reasonable. The only thing I wasn't keen on was that it was a bit noisy. Not much to be done about that and it was a minor detail. We highly recommend Lola's!
Lola's always has great Mexican food. How authentic is it? I really don't know because I've never been to Mexico, but according to friends who have, it's a decent Americanized version of a lot of Mexican favorites. The Carne Asada is one of my favorites and the Fajita Quesadillas is as well. They have outside dining and inside is comfortable and with the usual Mexican decor. Service is great but sometimes there is a bit of a language barrier, depending on who you are interacting with.

My husband and I's first time going and I was absolutely amazed by the service we were given. Super friendly staff and very quick to refill both drinks and chips/salsa.Food was delicious and came out hot, portion sizes were also more than what we expected. Will be back very soon.
Whether dining in or taking out, our food, drinks and service have been excellent. On our most recent visit, we ordered carne asada with corn tortillas to go. Our food was tasty, hot and well packaged. Can't wait to eat in soon and enjoy a tasty chelada.

We waited for awhile to even have our drink order taken, I mean like almost 15 minutes before somebody came to the table and we waited even longer for the food to come out and it was not good. The beans tasted like they came straight out of a can, the rice was very dry and the sauce on my food was very sour tasting... not a good experience
