Since this location has been completely rebuilt several years ago, the food here has been amazing. The staff are extremely friendly and a joy to do business with. Service does tend to be extremely slow even when ordering ahead and I feel like that is probably due to a staffing issue with all the gig services out there ordering from them. There’s room for improvement that could probably be dealt with by bringing on a bigger crew. This is a great place to get a delicious family meal but plan ahead. Don’t forget the coleslaw, it’s amazing!

I love this Long John Silvers.The food is delicious every time I go.The service is right on key.Everyone is so friendly, it's a place where you can enjoy your meal.I reccomend this place to everyone .I wish I could go there every week, but I live an hour away and can't make it that often

Ordered 2 2 pc fish and more meals and a small clam strip, had to wait in drive thru for over 15 min, drove home and did chores came in 1 hr and 30 later( drive home was 35 mln) to eat, had 7 waffle fries, 2 big,4 very small and no slaw in either plate, called to tell them, they remembered me and said sorry and asked if I could come back, no im 35 min away, took my name and said I get 2 slaws and 2 fries when I come back...wow by the time I buy fish, chicken or shrimp it will cost more than buying the meal just to get free slaw and fries, not worth it and won't be going back, thanks LJS, way to make up for a messed up order

Got there at 9:20 and open the door and they said it was closed. I seen people in the drive-through and I asked them before I walked out if the drive-through closed and he was like “yeah.” I checked Google maps and it says the drive-through is open until 10.

The newly renovated Long John Silver’s looks great! I like that they have little touches of Lynchburg in the restaurant. Sadly, when I last went, the wait times were quite long. They didn’t have any fish ready and all of the customers (3) had to wait a minimum of 15 minutes for their orders.
