Went to the Radford location today. Hands down the worst restaurant experience we’ve ever had. We were a party of 20 that arrived at noon today. Over 75 mins to get my wife a drink. Over 95 minutes to receive 2/3 of the food our party ordered. After 2 hours of waiting the last of our food arrived only to have them be so fed up they asked for a to go box. C'mon, you can do better, Lynchburg, VA.
Ordered dinner via online website tonight. Google listing indicates they do curbside pickup. I didn't think anything more of it. Even left a tip (prepaid) thinking someone will run my food to my car.
When I got there, I called the restaurant to let them know I was there but didn't see any designated parking. The employee on the other end sounded highly annoyed from the start and, now that I recall, never even acknowledged she'd be...read full review
