I had a party of three and waited an hour and STILL didn’t get served. We arrived at 12:45 on a Sunday, and waited until 1:45. It turned out that the kitchen hadn’t even started our food and our waiter never asked the kitchen on our behalf. She did keep checking in on us, but never mentioned that our food was taking a while or was on its way. One person in my party got so frustrated that he convinced the rest of the group to just get up and leave. I stopped by the kitchen...
First time there yesterday for my husband & I. Very busy morning, but they did such a great job with customer service & the food was excellent!!! Everyone at the counter was so friendly staff wise & the kitchen staff were busy the whole time we waited. We will be back!

The sandwich was the best I've had in Lynchburg. The bagel was soft, but grilled on the outside, the eggs were cooked perfectly and so was the bacon. Portion size was good for the price.
Service was super friendly. They let me stay and work on my laptop...
