The staff, probably new, didn’t know how to properly roll the ice cream. My ice cream looks crumble flakes. I asked them to make a new one. The staff responded, it’s all gonna go in your mouth anyway and the look doesn’t matter. Well, it’s called rolled ice cream not flake ice cream. I still paid for it but they forever lost my business.

We've been here twice now and got the rolled ice cream! The banana pudding flavored is definitely the way to go! Just the perfect balance of banana, sweetness, and nilla wafers! We will be back!

A wide selection of different ice cream treats! The stackers was awesome! A nice place with in walking distance to a couple of public parking areas. Next time we are in Lynchburg we will definitely be coming back.

We came here on a Friday night after dinner. Although it was very crowded it didn't take long for us to get our sweet treats. I enjoyed the friendly service as well as the delicious ice cream! Mint chocolate chip has been my jam as of late and it did not disappoint. I ordered the flat top size and it was the perfect amount of creamy/delicious ice cream. This isn't a really big space at all but I did appreciate their being a line for cash and a line for card payments. This really helped with the flow since it was busy when I visited. MayLynn's is worth checking out if you happen to be in the downtown Lynchburg area. It's YUMMY!

This place will never get my business. On August 8, 2023at 6:45 pm I walked into this establishment and no one greeted me . Just looked in my face as said absolutely nothing. Someone else walks in (White Family ) and gets a friendly hello how can we help you . Still never said anything to me. I hope you teach your employees customer service because they have none. It’s okay not to like us but in business customer service goes a long way .

It tastes good but not incredible tbh... I ordered the cheesecake rolled ice cream with strawberries... It would've tasted better with some more strawberries in it... it had 1 singular strawberry chopped up in it.. all they put on top for garnish was whipped cream... It costs right at $10, can I at least get some strawberry drizzle on top? The waffle cone also had what tasted like cinnamon in it so my partner in crime today wouldn't eat it...It was still a great experience and the ice cream, like I said, was good just not incredible.
Ice-cream itself was good but the waffle cones are like eating a graham cracker, overpowering the ice-cream flavor. 2star review because they were blasting religious propaganda over their speakers. I came for ice-cream, not indoctrination. Would not return and would not recommend.
