The staff were super friendly to me today, they came over to make sure I had what I needed and was my food okay. When I was leaving, they told me to have a great day. I told the one staff member that I had never been treated with such upbeat friendly attitudes and it really made my day. Her name was Shakita Johnson and I believe that she was the assistant manager. She was super nice. I will definitely be going back. I love their food and the atmosphere.

Ordered our food by phone, they charged us $2.00 or $3.00 for that, then they want a tip! Then we got tortilla soup instead of country potato, so I drove back! So I sent more for our gas, He was sorry, I just get tried of people being sorry!

I contacted Mcallisters and gave them less than 4 hours notice for a catering order I needed placed on the spot. The manager answered and COURTEOUSLY took my order and had the wraps prepared in record timing!! And they were tasty! Thank you so much to the staff at this restaurant for not only making my last minute request an expedient one... BUT QUALITY!

An hour before closing all outside lights were off. Staff was rude. Food came out wrong and was told the kitchen shut down and they wouldn’t fix it. Very frustrating. Reached out to management never heard back after they requested I contact them.
