The food is always very good and the customer service is 5 stars as well! Shakita does a great job and was very helpful today during my visit. I eat at the Lynchburg location frequently and I am always impressed with the staff and the quality of the food.

My husband & I popped into McAlister’s (Lynchburg, VA) for lunch while we were in town for a quick stay.

The service was excellent, and the food was wonderful! We were greeted by several staff members, and the Asst. Manager, Shekita, was so personable and hospitable.

Nothing like good food and a warm, welcome atmosphere!

I ordered on line for pickup.\nAsked that that the baked spud have no onions but it still came with them .had to pick it out\nAlso my salad had spring mix instead of I only eat Ice burg lettuce so I had to pick all of that out also. I am a first time customer and didn't know. \nThey should put what if lettuce they use on the menu. Will be a second customer..
