This McDonald’s has the most patient and overall best employees. I have observed several times that the employees have not been treated well, and they have responded with prompt action to address customer concerns rather than argue. I have been to this location 20+ times and they have never got my order wrong.

The worst McDonald's in this area. If I didn't have to, I would not come here. My husband had a 30 minute lunch break and it took every bit for him just to get his cup for his drink. The kiosks malfunction regularly, and there is rarely anyone at the register to take orders. There is no condiments out and about like ketchup, sugar, etc. if you need something, keep waiting because the workers will pretend they don't see you standing there. The manager does not hire anyone who knows what the hell they are doing I know it's McDonald's but I'm talking general restaurant experience to keep the place afloat. During rush there is a bombard of orders and people standing around not receiving their food because the whole restaurant is literal chaos with more orders being taken then food being pushed out. The employees are rude, and yes the customers can be rude because the service sucks with low quality food and stressful environment. My mcdouble usually comes slapped together with ketchup and grease everywhere non-presentably. The charger outlets are LOCKED UP so go somewhere else if you need to charge your phone. Or in general........

I thought I would go get a quick drink for me and my daughter but instead had to leave the drive thru line after 15 minutes and I was still not at the speaker. The drive thru is incredibly slow and this isn't the first time that it has been like this.
