This is the nastiest restaurant in Lynchburg. We would actually drive out all the way out to rustburg location to decent food. Sad....

Came through this morning about 642am in the drive thru just for another customer to tell us that they don't open until 7am. We had placed a mobile order to pick up, which went through. We pull around to the second window just to watch an employee doing tags, she finally comes over to let us know the GM said they open at 7am, we asked why were we able to place an online order then in which she says she's not sure she is just doing what the gm is saying and that half the food wasn't ultimately ready and there were 2 Doordash orders and an online order she couldnt complete. HOWEVER, she looked at our order and went to check if the items needed for our food were ready (just some chicken mcgriddles and 2 drinks) She did get our food! I know you guys lost about 12 customers, as we were counting. No one answered the headset to let us know, no signage on the doors, nothing.

The nice going gentleman who is always there to serve me food late at night goes above and beyond all the calls of duty when it comes to a McDonalds manager. His happy go lucky and awesome attitude gives me light at the end of my hard work day. My man, you really are a special someone. Thanks for all you do, and thank you for all the meals served to me and my girlfriend.

While the wait can be long and the area is not the cleanest or most aesthetically pleasing, my food always comes hot and management is friendly.

Mickey Dee's sweet tea please and thank you. I have an addiction for you all's tea nobody makes tea like McDonald's. I went into a McDonald's one day and ordered a large sweet tea and they gave me a unsweet tea when I drink in my body when a total discombobulation. Thanks for making such good tea. I put that on the billboard McDonald's got the number one tea

I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and bacon I started eating it and realized it was raw I know you can't expect much from fast food but if I get sick I'm suing
I ordered food on there website which should be accurate since they approve it through corporate. There app said the location opens at 6am it allowed me to order when I get there they tell me they don't open till 8 am. Also I was charged twice for my order so yeah that's great. Then the worker threw her empty coffee cup at me. This all over some egg McMuffin and Monopoly.

This McDonald’s has the most patient and overall best employees. I have observed several times that the employees have not been treated well, and they have responded with prompt action to address customer concerns rather than argue. I have been to this location 20+ times and they have never got my order wrong.

Wanted to use table service but couldn't because none of the tables were numbered. People just chilling inside with no food or drink vaping.
