Clean and friendly! My only upgrade would be to add a changing table in the bathroom and maybe one of those toddler seats for strapping a toddler in so they aren't touching everything while you go to the bathroom.

I the most pleasant young lady take my order this morning!! Hailey greeted me with such kindness, and from my experience going to other fast food places I had yet to meet someone that was as patient and polite as she was!! Honestly both window severs today made me feel like I will b going to that location from now on!! Awesome service!!

Called twice about having a birthday party, wanted it on Sunday from 1 to 3..no go lobby is closed so I called back about Friday evening they asked what time I said around 7..they said that was fine so we set up I spent 150 on food the kids wanted to play some so they did for 15 min it was like playing outside in both rooms they could not turn heat up because have no access..so we started opening gifts and right in the middle of it the lights go out in both rooms of play area..they answer to that was oh they are set on a timer nothing we can do about it., kids were up in the playground and could not even see to get out so we had to move everything into the lobby plus two cakes cause we had not even sang happy birthday! First of all I called twice told them the time we were coming and no mention of no heat or lights after a certain time !!!!!! Never again will I spend that kind of money and be treated like it was no big deal!!!!! Whoever the owner is YOU NEED TO TEACH YOIR STAFF MANNERS AND TO COMMUNICATE BETTER! #OLDFORESTRDMCDONALDSSUX!!!!

This has got to be one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve even come across. And it sucks because it’s the closest one to my house. The only time they have somewhat of a decent service is during first shift. After that, you can forget about it. I have had issue after issue when I go through the drive thru. This time I am finally taking the time to write out a complaint, not that it will change a single thing because this establishment could care less and it very much shows. I have received wrong items, missing items, items not made with special requests I ask for, no sauces in the bag, etc etc. I’ve gone through on more than one occasion and ordered and sausage egg McMuffin and they put a folded egg on it, not round. One time I caught it and they told me they were out…. My response back was “why wouldn’t you just tell me that so I could make the decision if I still wanted the sandwich MYSELF?? Not just replace it without me knowing” and they don’t care… today I go through and ask them at the window when I get my bag “are my sauces in here?” The guy said “yes” confidently. I ask again “are you sure” because I didn’t want to waste their time digging through the bag to check myself. He again said “yeah they’re in there”. Guess what happens when I got home? Not a single sauce was in the bag and I ordered 2 different types of sauces… idk why I even continue to go to this McDonald’s. This honestly will be the last time I give them any money. I’d rather drive further away to a McDonald’s that at least ACTS like they care about their job, even just a little. Also, their phone is left either uncharged or turned off on purpose. I cannot tell you how many times I have tried to call. I’ve tried at all hours of the day and it is always constantly a busy line… that’s them trying to be smart so they don’t have to hear anyone call them out for their insanely sucky service.
Went here for breakfast and the food/service was excellent. The guy who served me in the blue shirt went above and beyond this morning and tried his hardest to make sure we had ordered everything to our liking. As far as the food goes, the pancakes and biscuit were delicious as usual and the inside itself was cozy and clean. Would definitely come back here again, probably the best McDonald's in the Lynchburg area by far!
