I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews for this location. I just rolled through the drive thru for my #9 and feel very satisfied. Was it quick? No. But was it hot and fresh? Actually no. It wasn’t. But the two young ladies that I interacted with were very friendly and kind. Boom, 3 stars just for being nice! And they got my order right. Boom, 2 more stars! Keep up the good work. Exelent customer service! Had breakfast with my 2 yr old on the way to school and everyone was so nice! Jaela was exceptional and so kind! She does an excellent job!

Went to this location and went through the drive thru. I have been inside this location and it usually is clean and decorated simply but attractive and there is a lot of seating available, booths and some tables. I ordered breakfast biscuits and hash browns. This is a popular location, there was a line but it moved pretty quickly and we did not have to wait long. Staff was easy to understand on the speaker and ordering was fast and simple. Menu was easy to read and there are several options available for breakfast and other meals. The price was great and the quality of the food was very good. The staff at the pay window was friendly and she even was nice to my dog who was trying to stick her head out of the window to say hello (keep in mind she is a young pitbull). She was not afraid of my dog at all and was very nice and said my dog was very pretty. Going through the drive thru didn't take long and the biscuits were warm and fresh. This location is absolutely horrible. They are very rude and their frappe machine is always broken ,food is always cold. I placed a mobile order and paid for it, when I got there to pick it up they said their machine was broke but didn't refund my money or give me something in place of. I will never waste my time or money there again.

So I came around 5:47am but it's not open apparently when time said 5:47am. This is also turn one hour back .I don't see why it shouldn't be closed
We stopped here while on a road trip to Florida. The location was very clean and the food was great. The service was outstanding and fast. Definitely recommend!!

Last week I ordered two mcchicken with cheese and small fries. I was the only car in the drive thru, I waited about 5 min for my order and my food was cold and chicken was chewy. I called the store and the mgr was super nice about it. She said she would put my name in the red book. Sooo I called tonight at 11:45 to make them aware I’m coming and would like my food fresh. Well my name wasn’t in the book but the lady I spoke with said she would fix my sandwich but it’s too late to make fries bc the are getting ready to close. When I got pulled to let them know I had arrived at 11:52 she told some to go turn off the lights. I did get my sandwich’s fairly warm and like warm fries. What has happened to the customer service in America

The manager here was very rude. I called because I had an issue with my door dash order they don’t allow you to order a 6 piece happy meal so normally my order goes to the Timberlake road store and they never have an issue changing it to a 6 piece happy meal but for some reason the store my DD went to was this one and the manager was rude from the time she answered the phone. This was the first time dealing with this store and I will make sure I don’t anymore!
