While the food was normal, it wasn't what I ordered. What's more, it was the 3rd time in a row that it happened. The staff here seem to mistake "xtra" for "no" on the receipt. If you want extra ketchup, onions, or pickles, they're all gone off your burger. They still haven't fixed it after bringing this up to them. They'll give you 3 packets of sauce for 4 nuggets, also?♂️With all due respect, I don't think they can read or do math.

Went for lunch today. The fries were cold and soggy, fish sandwiches burnt and dry but we dared not say anything given the constant hostile F bombs the employees hurled at each other for all to hear in the dining room. Who knows what “extras” you might get by asking for replacements. Employees loudly screaming at each other continued constantly throughout our entire dine in visit. Possibly the most unprofessional staff and hostile atmosphere I have ever encountered in a restaurant of any kind anywhere. As my wife said “we’re never coming here again”. Thank goodness our grandkids weren’t with us. Corp should pull this franchise from the owner because they have obviously lost control of the operation. Bad food and hostile atmosphere.Disgraceful.

I was there on Monday the worst experience on Drive-thru I ever had.Terese was rude and she was yelling and asked me to get back in line to order more food when it was her who never took my order right probably because she had a pice of paper towel on her ear. I’ll never go back there.

Drive thru is ok but don’t try to go inside. You will hear cooks screaming profanity in the back and they won’t acknowledge your presence for atleast 5 minutes. If you have to ask for ketchup after you get your food, expect another 5 minutes for them to see you. This McDonald’s only cares about its drive thru because that’s the part they need a good score on time to make the manager happy

Spent $44 dine-in and waited 15min only to get part of my order. Was then told I would have to wait another 10min because they did not have any hot fries ready but when I looked over at Driv-thru they seemed to have plenty of hot fries. Then girl told me they were out of strawberry milkshakes. Order confirmation board was down so I guess that is why they not concerned with my order as there was no time on it the order. No condiments or napkins in the lobby. Had plenty at DT. Finally told Mgr to just give me my back.

Was One of three cars and at the pay window the lady asked me what size tea I wanted and I ordered a Coke then when I went to get my food they got handed me a small drink and I said is large and he said what did you order and I said a large Coke so he got frustrated and handed me another drink and then shut the window service McDonald’
