Waited for over an hour and a half just for my food to be prepared, all of the food was cold and either stale or soggy. I didn't even get any of my sauces that was supposed to come with my nuggets, my poor delivery driver waited 20 minutes for the food being prepared after an hour. I felt so bad for the delivery guy cause this was only supposed to take 20 minutes and tipped him extra for the inconvenience.

Had dinner from here tonight and just wanna say the food was oh so delicious! Fresh food!! Tried the snack wraps for the first time in so long been dying to try them, they were awesome!!! Thank you for your excellent customer service as well so friendly both headset(gentleman) and 2nd window(she was so kind and beautiful)!!! 💛❤️

This is the only McDonalds I will go to in Lynchburg. I have had consistent good service, fresh food, and manageable wait times here. There is a McDonalds 7 minutes from my house and this is still the one I would go to. All the rest in Lynchburg has consistent issues, thanks goodness this one has their stuff on lock. The employees are amazing, I go there before work most days and they're always smiling and getting it done! So glad this one is convenient to stop before work because, otherwise, I wouldn't be going to the other ones around! Love the staff here! Only experienced the normal small mistakes or hiccups, otherwise they're perfect! Love this crew!

Is the drive thru open 24 hours or not?? It says it is and they accept online orders then we get there and....closed. If you're not open, take down the sign and stop accepting orders.
this place made me wait for 30 mins for 2 items and did not even get my order correct or apologize for the time it took to make my breakfast and it was even cold

Took over 30 minutes in the drive through, the girl at the drive through was terrible, took my order wrong and couldn’t get my app code to work, which I have never had a issue with. gave me unsweetened tea when I ordered sweet, fry’s were brown cold and old, my chicken sandwich was wrong, my wife chicken nuggets were bad and cold. And my wraps were also cold and one was not the wrote flavor. I sat at the drive through window and no one told me it was going to be such a long wait. And while they were this busy a woman with have black/ pink hair was outside talking with a non employee most of the time, then came inside and pretty much didn’t do anything to help. This possibly has to be the absolute worst McDonalds experience ever. I would go home and eat cold shoe leather before going here again
