The store lobby was closed drive thru only. Worst service I have ever experienced. The order taker needs to be moved to cooking. He has no social skills at all. Very rude service no thank you just shoved my food out the window and slammed the window on me. This is for the McDonald's on old forest road..store owner pls pay them a visit in the evening... it's terrible!!

Was asked to move forward for food to be brought out,waited ~10 minutes, and no food brought out
Had to go inside and show my receipt for my order
It was never filled, but I did get my diet cole and tea,but the guy at the window asked me if i was buying ice, apparently je and the first window where I paid for the food were engaged in some shenanigans of sort.
