The staff is sweet but in the several times I’ve been here recently I can count on it taking 10-20 minutes to get my order with several people standing at the front waiting for their orders as well. I undertand if it was busy, but it seems fairly slow yet there is still a huge wait.

Picky Guide

One of my favorite things to get at McDonald’s is always the fries but unfortunately, this location is very inconsistent in this area. Often the fries are under or over done and don’t have that nice crisp you desire. Otherwise it is your standard McDonald’s fare and service. One pro is that this location still has a PlayPlace which I have had my kids enjoy.

Went at 11:30 and asked for fresh food and some how they still gave me cold fries and a stale burger couldn’t even pull it apart from the cheese then called and came back at 12 supposed to have it made fresh again and let me tell u still cold fries and a stale burger once again somebody needs to be written up

Ordered a large big mac meal in the drive thru, didn't have to wait long but when I started eating my big mac it was stale the burger bun was hard and crispy, absolute disgrace, would not recommend. The staff can't tell the difference between a fresh and stale burger bun.🤢🤮 wasn't busy either 🤷‍♂️

On the evening of 7/21/2025, I placed an order on the kiosk for dine in. On the receipt that I got at a later time the order was placed at 7:51PM. I waited patiently because I have worked fast food before and I know how it is. About 25 mins pass and I go up to the counter to ask what is going on with my order that I placed on the kiosk. I showed her the notification where my money got taken and showed her the app where I ordered(I checked in to get my points ) because they acted like they didn't know anything about it. She asked does it show where it was at that store and I told her I literally ordered on the kiosk. That's when she was able to pull up my receipt. I still don't know what happened with my order and all she said was it was going to be up in a few minutes. I asked for cups so we could get our drinks. My daughters friend was getting tea and the dining room was out so she asked the guy at the counter. My daughters friend then heard some cussing going on pertaining to a tea comment. She felt as if they got got mad at her for asking for the tea. About another 10 mins or so pass and I hear the lady yell out a number and set a bag on the counter. Didn't think it was my bag considering I placed a dine in order and had already been waiting well over 30 mins at that point so I would have figured they would have apologized. When no one went for the bag that was in the dining room I went up to check and it was in fact my order. I get to the table to take everything out the bag, I was missing a small fry. The whole visit was a disaster. Horrible customer service. And my order wasn't the only one that they were messing up on. Just go back and look at cameras.

This location is excellent . Every time I’ve been to this location my food has been hot and delicious . I may have to wait just a minute on food but that’s only cause you’re getting it fresh and hot . I would rather wait 5 minutes on hot food then receive cold food that sucked .

Ordered around 6:45pm, and was waiting for over half an hour, so I asked the girl behind the counter what was up because I had a movie to get to, and she hollered 'We ain't got no food!' at my date and I. She meant they hadn't made the food yet, but it would be cool if people didn't yell at you for asking. I wasn't rude; I was confused! We even had to go ask for food again after that. Many people in the restaurant with us were also waiting. Many workers, not much work. Just talking. I don't think I'll be stopping at this one again. I've literally worked here too, so I'm just kinda shocked. Missed the movie.

Edit: I'm finally leaving an hour later with food that was wrong.

Poor service. They forgot i was sitting outside waiting for them to bring my food. Whole lot of yacking and slacking inside. People don't have any integrity anymore. I gave them a poor rating. Actually they don't deserve one at all.
