Numerous times I have ordered the bacon quarter pounder and although the box has the sticker saying it is the bacon quarter, I have not gotten the bacon! If I want the bacon quarter, I guess I need to go in the store to ensure I get what I pay for!

Whoever was working the drive through and taking orders from people has a horrible attitude and doesn’t know how to be kind. I just drove off because they had such a rude attitude. I hope another customer or manager gets them to have a reality check

This is a very sad a racist management. I’ve seen them treat people of color different than their own. They hold POC at a different standard and have different rules for them. It’s sad that it is still happening in 2024. I wish management would hold ALL people accountable and not those with different skin tones.

So this store is now allowing homeless people to come in and sleep at a booth. Today one was even allowed to bring his pit bull in while he ate. What is going on at this place.

Stopped there 7/22/24 for an iced coffee. Best iced coffee ever! I ordered ahead and Brenda was out to my car in less than a minute of me arriving, so I didn't even have to wait. She was very friendly, great service, and she makes a mean iced coffee! Thanks Brenda :)

This is what you'll get, after several failed attempts to eat lunch at the Timberlake McD. Three separate visits and this is the food quality each time. Never again. Undercooked fries so wet they fall through the bag.
