Food was edible but not noteworthy and was luke warm when delivered to the table. Not impressed.

Lunch Fajita was 1/4 of a chicken breast (if that) with two tasteless sides. Overcooked and bland. Guacamole dip was only whipped avocado and some lime juice. My date didn't finish her dish as well. Service was poor too.

The food was really good, and they had it ready really fast too, the drinks were on point

Food was ok but not made as described on the menu. The Margaritas were pretty good. Service needs work. With only 5 tables seated the server was trying to rush us.

Horrible experience. Slow service, seem like food was pre made, saw a lizard by the kitchen, and hair was in my food. Also rice taste nasty and tasteless, also food needed seasoning. Don’t recommend going! Prices was not worth it.

The staff was nice which is always good but the food was just awful. No seasoning at all. My family is addicted to salsa and usually get 3-4 refills but we barely finished the first serving. The chips and salsa is why you go out to Mexican places! But it was literally just watery tomato sauce. Extremely salty and unedible. The pico was LITERALLY just onions and two small pieces of cilantro. And the guac was just a mashed avocado, no seasoning at all. Just super not worth your money, like at all.

Just okay, not a lot of flavor. Good service though.

I tried taking my daughter out for her 21st birthday dinner with the family here and boy was it a mistake. We arrived with 5 adults and 3 children. The first thing is we asked for three mixed drinks and three waters and only received 1 mixed drink and 1 water. We waited about 20 more minutes and had to reorder two mixed drinks and guess what? They never came. My husband is trying to slowly drink his while we wait so we reorder again and finally after 30 minutes of being there we get the drinks. We still haven’t been asked what we want to order to eat so I speak up and say we are ready to order. Well, we order our food and while we wait another 40 minutes we are ignored by all servers. The young guy taking our order was new and there was a manager and another guy working. The other guy had a table behind us and they came in 25 minutes after us and they were done eating before we got our food! The other table was a party of 8 adults! The other table was wAited on with excellent service by the manager and a waiter. Not once did the manager check on us. It was so obvious that we were being ignored and I believe one reason is because we had kids. My opinion. I blame the manager for having such a terrible place and for us having a terrible experience for my daughters birthday dinner. We ended up leaving before the food came because it took forever!! The service is terrible and they charged us for a drink we didn’t even get! I will not be back at all. There were so many bad things I don’t even feel like typing it all. My advice is don’t go.

Meh, it was ok, the ceiling tiles were mismatched and lots of stains from leaks. The food was ok, nothing to write home about.

I am from Texas. We know good Mexican food, and this “stuff” was about the worst I've ever had. No flavor at all. The salsa was little more than ketchup flavored. It pretty hard to ruin fajitas but they butchered them. There was zero flavor. I DO NOT recommend this place for Mexican food.

The salsa tasted like ketchup. The fajitas had very little flavor and most of it very bland.

Salsa is reminiscent of diluted tomato soup. Next time I'll grab dinner at staples next door.

We ordered carryout dinner and a margarita from Mi Patrón, because who doesn't love anyone eating Mexican at home on their PJs? I placed my order in the restaurant and it took about 10-15 minutes to prepare-they were not busy on a Sunday. We had vegetarian fajitas, a spinach enchilada, and a cheese enchilada, along with a house margarita (lime flavor) to wash it down. The margarita was delicious and just 1/2 of it got me feeling "good" lol. The food was actually just okay though: the fajitas were just as expected, but I was quite disappointed with the cheese enchilada. The red sauce they used was not traditional red sauce but tasted more like a sweet tomato-marinara sauce? Interesting. But I think what mostly brings this review down to 3 stars was the service: I was very polite coming in and took some time trying to decide what margarita to order and asked for suggestions. The man helping was quite rude and acted like me asking for suggestions was a problem (sorry, I'm not margarita pro!). I also was ready to use the student discount and said I could do separate transactions for the food and alcohol to use the discount that was clearly advertised on the door but he refused, saying that "he already rung it up together," which ended up not being true because he rung it all up at the end when the food was ready. Also, actually prices seemed to be higher than menu prices so beware! Not terrible food, really good house margaritas, but with the service...I'm not sure if I'll be back.

It's what every traditional american/mexican restaurant appears to be. The service is adequate although sometimes I feel as if they're hard of hearing, It can be a little hard to get their attention but the prices are phenomenal for lunch and the food comes out in a timely manner. The burrito fajita is great and I love this place's cheese sauce. If you want a quick lunch bite to eat, it's exactly what you would expect. I'll be back!
