I love this place! Food is amazing, the people are nice, and the price is great for the taste/size of the meals. I wish they had some more parking, but everything else is awesome!
Mikado is my "go to". It's consistently good and the folks there are wonderful people.Parking: There's only 5 spots, but they're rarely so busy that you can't find a spot.
Ordered the Dragon Roll and Wontons. The roll had bland flavor, wasabi tasted like wet Playdoh and a little pepper for spice. Wontons were cooked in old oil and had almost no cream cheese in it.

I've been here a few times now. The food is consistent and one of the better Chinese takeouts in the area. I've only tried a couple side items and the lunch boxes, but I've yet to be disappointed. The staff is nice and the food is cooked quite quickly. The soup comes out very hot. Parking situation is unfortunate and it is just a kitchen and a lobby, so you can only takeout. I don't think I've had anything mind blowing here, but it is exactly what you anticipate when getting Chinese takeout.I'd personally recommend the lunch boxes or the wonton soup.

Food was decent and the servings are large. This said you'll want take out as it's basically a register and a tiny bar to eat on in there. Definitely not my favorite, but for a quick bite it's not bad.
I went there got shrimp fried rice and crab wontons and fried chicken.... My shrimp were nasty and mushy and soggy and my wontons were fried to much made it very hard to bite I had a knot in my stomach after ? no stars from

This place is located very convenient to Lynchburg College and also to Memorial Ave. Being that I stay off of Memorial Ave. It is very close to home! Not wanting to fix dinner one day during the week or maybe just in the mood for oriental/Chinese food.... This is your place... This place is ran by a husband and wife couple and they do a very good job of keeping their restaurant up to date with all the additional items of purchase from behind the counter in addition to the original purchase which is the oriental/Chinese food.... They are VERY VERY quick and the food is on point every single time.... I have been consistently going to this restaurant for over a year now and have purposely waiting to review this place hoping to potentially get a bad dish to evaluate as a part of the review but to my surprising they have SUPERIOR QUALITY FOOD 100% PERCENT OF THE TIME!!!!Now one thing that will throw you off is that they close on HUMP DAY which is either Tuesday or Wednesday the WHOLE ENTIRE DAY which j found out the hard way like 3 times before I figured out that was just there closing day which make a little bit of sense considering they need to be open the WHOLE WEEKEND FOR CONSISTENT BUSINESS FROM THE COLLEGE STUDENTS! All and all this place is completely amazing and j would HIGHLY AND I MEAN HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ENVIRONMENT ALLY FRIENDLY PLACE TO ANYONE WHO LOVES CHINESE FOOD!!!

The food was fantastic! I ordered the hibachi steak,teriyaki chicken and shrimp with fried rice and a side of yum, yum sauce. Everything was delicious. The amount was quite alot. If some are small eaters it would be enough for 2 people or 2 meals. The flavor was great. This was my first time eating there but won't be my last. The yum yum sauce was very good too!
