Milano's Enoteca & Italian Ristorante

I called and ask for a table for 20 for a surprise party for a family member was told on the phone no problem . Advised one was in a wheelchair after being put on hold three different times was told no problem that they had a room we could use . Never mentioned a fee or anything a few days later was called and told there would be a fee and also a limited menu . After discussing what was told to me on the phone a few days before was told ok no problem . Later that day we went to restaurant to confirm was told no problem they could still use the room for other guest and no fee . Which was great day of the party we get there early and the other tables weren’t set up for other guest still wasn’t told a fee . Once our guest arrived we were ask about the fee of 375.00 infront of them which is embarrassing. What were supposed to do we had people already there and they knew that . I had to say our waiter was awesome wish I could say the same about our food . Support local they say nope not there ever again . If they were busy and turned people away I could see ok but we went out several times it wasn’t . Was very disappointed and won’t go back . Money is hard to come by not to mention they added gratuity to the fee of the room which we went back the next day ask for a refund .

This place has grown a ton over the years! Their dishes are excellent, the specials change every couple of days and I always try to get one because you can tell the kitchen puts a lot of love into it. My family especially loves the bar staff, they take really good care of us! The steak and fries are also fantastic, the sauce on the fries is addictive. It does get kinda busy on weekends- for good reason! But it’s worth the wait. very classy, super delicious, great service.

Vegetarian options: They have a range of salads and pizzas suitable for vegetarians. I think they accept modifications as well

We had dinner here recently. The food was delicious, and our server, Kara provided excellent service to our party. I highly recommend this restaurant, and suggest you ask for Kara to be your server.

We enjoyed our first experience dining at Milano ! The food was amazing and Kara took exceptional care of us. Kara was very personable and explained the ingredient and suggested Pasta Primavera. Highly recommended for authentic tasting Italian.

Our sever, Wendy, is awesome. My group of friends and I always ask for her when we make our reservation. The food is consistently good too!

We ate there for the first time last week! The appetizers were great! The service could not be beat! We had the pizza, fish and clams all of which were great! Our server Kara was attentive, patient, and so sweet!

The evening started off strong. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, and the staff were very welcoming. The issue was the food. We all had different meals and each one was a disappointment. I had the chicken marsala. The noodles were soft and mushy. The chicken lacked flavor, and oddly enough could also be described as soft and mushy. The waiter did ask if anything was wrong because we didn't eat much. He was courteous and apologized for our meals. He really wanted to make it up to us, but remaking our plates wouldn't help. I didn't want to eat it the first time, so eating it a second time sounds like cruel and unusual punishment.

Dont let the nice decor and high prices fool you. Pasta was mush, chicken was mushy and slimy with no color or flavor. Everything here tastes like it was precooked hours if not days ago. The other two people in my party did not like their food either, 0 for 3 on chances to impress. We had the chicken picata, chicken marsala, and the peperoni pizza.

We ordered a pepperoni pizza, the middle of the pizza was a pool of grease, the sauce was very low quality, and the crust in the middle was absolute mush. Better pizza from 7-11. Our server was amazing, the decor and atmosphere was very classy. The others in my party ordered chicken marsala that was very clearly thin boiled chicken, on top of week old spaghetti noodles. All entrees were less than luke warm temperature.
