I found this place on the Happy Cow app and it was well worth the alternate route home to try it. Almost everything they have is vegetarian and a good portion of it is also vegan. The menu is also clearly labeled with GF options, but some of the unlabeled stuff you can ask about regarding substitutions instead.
We ended up getting the Spring Rolls and Avocado Bagel (which is wheat free but not certified gluten free) and I got the Liver Lovers best juice. All of it was really good, and no issues with the bagel...until 3 hours later. So even if this bagel is wheat free, I can vouch for the fact that it is NOT gluten free. Please note that this is my own error and not the restaurant's, because they were very clear about the fact that they don't usually recommend this for people with celiac. I am an adult and I made a decision, so no blame to them at all.
Overall, this was a great find and I love that it's attached to a health food store. Win-win!

Cozy place in Cornerstone with free Wi-Fi and generous seating. These acaí bowls CANNOT be topped. They are balanced in flavor and nutrition. Some bowls at other places are a bit too sweet or icy for me, but Millie's has a lovely texture and flavor balance that can't be beat.
Highly recommend the Blue Bowl! It's unassuming but the balance of sunflower seed butter with blueberries is incredible.

Acai bowls were amazing and full of healthy ingredients.
Ahhhh if i could eat here every day i would. So delicious and fresh, loads of vegetarian/vegan drinks, snacks, etc. Awesome grocery store and restaurant.
If I get the chance, I get Millie's. The staff is usually kind of stand-offish but whenever there has been an order issue or delay they are always more than helpful and kind with making sure you still have a good experience. I didn't know until the other day that they have punch cards for smoothies and bowls, so make sure to ask for one so you can get your freebie :0 The jack-fruit sliders are amazing.

Dietary restrictions: If you are vegan, gluten-free, or dairy-free this place has so many options for you. Wish there was more options when it comes to sweeteners- monk fruit would be great.

Beautiful little out of the way place. Cannot make a coffee to save their lives terrible awful and it was cold it was supposed to be hot. The service was absolutely nothing to speak of the shop itself is adorable and I would have spent more time in their shopping around if I had been given a decent cup of coffee that I ordered.
