I’ve tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, visiting on several different occasions, but the customer service has been consistently disappointing. I stopped by earlier this afternoon, around 1–2 p.m., and there was only one young lady working. I understand it can be stressful handling everything alone, but this is the same employee I’ve seen on multiple visits and she’s consistently rude and dismissive. She never greets me, never smiles, and acts as though I’m inconveniencing her just by ordering. The ice cream itself is fine, but good products mean very little when customers are treated poorly. After several visits with the exact same experience, it’s clear this isn’t just a bad day, it’s a pattern. As someone who has worked in customer service for years, I know how far a simple greeting or friendly attitude can go. Unfortunately, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere, and I strongly urge management to address this issue before more loyal customers are driven away.
We are HUGE mister goodies fans! I dream of the day they offer catering so we can have them at our wedding to share with our loved ones. Mister Goody, if you’re listening, please start doing events!!

Don't be scared of the line! They are super fast and the line of people is just there to remind you how popular their ice cream is. Best soft serve I have ever had and the sundaes and specialty items are really special. Above all, make sure you come hungry as heck. Portions are extremely generous. You will get more than you pay for anywhere else. So proud this business calls out town home!
